Flat Sale - Hawes Wimbledon Broadway

We have just completed on the sale of our flat with Ben from the Wimbledon Broadway office. I cannot thank him enough for finally getting us over the line. Ben went above and beyond for us finding another buyer really quickly when the original one pulled out right before exchange. Throughout the whole process Ben was great to deal with, communicating regularly, helping to chase solicitors and really staying on top of our sale. We might not have been the biggest transaction but Ben made us feel like we were his only client and that is an invaluable quality. Highly recommend Hawes and Ben from Wimbledon Broadway.

We called out three Agents to value our family home for probate, from the outset Richard stood out from the two other Agents with his knowledge and willingness to advise us on the process, over the 3 months he called monthly to check on probate and update on the market, never once did he push us or act “salesy”. When we were ready to market Hawes and Co was the obvious choice, after an open house we sat down with Richard who went through all the offers with us and who was most secure in his opinion, we had regular updates of the sales process all the way to exchange . Million thanks to Miran!

We had been looking online for a rented house for a month. We couldn't get any. At last, we walked into the Hawes & Co. Miran asked for all our requirements. He quickly showed us a video of one house, which was scheduled to be listed online. Fortunately, the house was just 5 mins away by walk. He took us to the house and within the next 3 hours, we finalised on that house! :) Miran mentioned that the previous tenant had lived for 6 years which shows that the house owner was great! It happened to be true. :) So thanks to Miran and Noor for helping us throughout the process of documentation, specifying the financial requirements. We moved into the new house within 2 weeks. I have been overwhelmed by the service I have received from the team at Hawes & Co in Raynes Park . I was looking for a property to rent in the area and walked into their office last Friday afternoon . The letting manager , Miran was out at the time but I gave my details and my requirements over . An hour later I was contacted by Miran ,who informed me he had a property which he felt would be perfect for me . He arranged a viewing on the Saturday afternoon , I loved the property which met my exact requirements and I submitted an offer Monday morning and by the Monday afternoon my offer was accepted and all the paper work was sent over to me by Noor in the office the same evening . The professionalism and the open communication from both Miran and Noor has been far beyond my expectation . I have been kept updated through the entire process .Thank you to Hawes & Co specifically to Miran and Noor I am excited to move into the new property .

Go for Greg

Quite simply, we wouldn't be purchasing our house if it wasn't for Greg! It was down to us and one other buyer, and the sellers initially decided to choose the other buyer. Those negotiations I understand were stalling so Greg, having asked the right question first time around knew we were able to move quickly given our situations and had the initiative to check in with us to see if our offer still stood notwithstanding having lost out initially. Greg informed the sellers of this who decided based on Greg's advice to go for us instead and next thing you know, we're buying a house! Antony was great working with Greg as well and was great getting things across the line towards the end when there were a few sticking points. All in all, great service, very happy. Thanks!

After haggling with the percentage rate, we agreed and were delighted with the response we got, we actually sold the house almost immediately, but through no fault of theirs or ourselves, It fell through but immediately was put back on sale and once again we were amazed when we had three Viewings the day after! A great thanks to Hawes, Raynes Park and esp Damian. We were buying our first property and had some complications in the process. Damian was absolutely brilliant, professional and helpful in sorting out the issues and ensuring the deal completed in time.
