Sarah and the team at Hawes & Co. have been fantastic help guiding us through the purchase of our new home. They were always on hand to explain and offer guidance at numerous stages during our purchase and helpful in communicating between all parties. We have since used them to manage the rental a further property and as first time landlords they were very helpful in explaining terminology, recommending works that would increase the rent and securing us a good tenant. We would happily use them again in the future should we need and highly recommend them.

Rosie and her team were super helpful and easy to communicate with throughout our house letting proces. We unfortunately couldn't find a tenant through Hawes and Co but we really valued how accessible the team was day to day. We sold our property through Hawes & Co, working with Liana and despite having one buyer withdraw, Liana moved quickly to remarked our property and find us another buyer within a week. We were in a small chain but still had to push hard to get our preferred exchange and completion dates and Liana was great at keeping us updated and working on our behalf to coordinate with the rest of the chain.

I cannot rate Hawes Estate Agents in Wimbledon highly enough. Once the property went on the market it sold very quickly. Hawes kept the momentum of the sale going and it completed with two months. The team at Hawes & Co Surbiton were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the buying cycle. Years of spam from these cowboys

Don't make the mistake of signing up for property alerts with these cowboys. After briefly receiving rental alerts from the Raynes Park branch last year I've tried dozens of times to be removed from their mailing list. I've revoked my consent under GDPR and sent countless emails and phoned to get them to stop the campaign of spam. It seemed to work for a while and they have restarted without my consent and then ignored another cease and desist email. Save yourself this pain.

Amazing Service, highly recommended!

I recently purchased a property that was on the market with Hawes and Co. Both Greg and Mahul were extremely helpful throughout the whole process.
