We would highly recommend Hawes and Co for a professional, friendly, stress free experience. Our family has worked with them twice, this year and back in 1998, and both times the service was high quality.This time, both Damian Anderson and Daniel Archer guided us through a tricky leasehold sale, giving us honest, expert advice and helping us through every stage of the sale. I have dealt with both the Letting & Sales teams at Hawes, Surbiton, and have found them to be outstanding in every way. They are professional, efficient, polite, friendly and most obliging, with nothing being too much trouble for them. Even during the recent Covid-19 Lockdown, when many of the staff were either furloughed or working from home, I was kept fully informed of the situation regarding a property sale and they managed to complete a tricky sale in the most difficult of circumstances. My tenants also have nothing but praise for them, saying how considerate and good they are as agents, always responding to requests promptly. This company is a real gem. Thank you Hawes & Co. you are one of the best.

GoogleThe team at Hawes and Co have offered unparalleled service, going above and beyond that we would have expected from an estate agent. Their advice and guidance throughout the sales process has been both commercial and based in sound common sense. Michael's advice and pragmatic problem solving helped us over the final hurdle which looked increasingly uncertain. I am generally not one for writing reviews but in this case felt it was the very least I do to recommend their services without hesitation.

We recently had the great fortune of being shown around a few houses in Surbiton and Hook by Michael Gibson. I've never had such an experience when viewing a house. The majority of estate agencies we have had in the past just open the door for you and then close it when you leave, but not Michael. We were chauffeured around the local area in style and treated to some of the best knowledge I've ever witnessed in an estate agent I feel that this is invaluable to someone new to this part of the world deciding where to move to. If we do end up living in this lovely part of the world we will be contacting Michael personally to ensure we have the pleasure of his company again.
