GoogleKingston Dexters Sonia Abreu she was very professional and super fast in finding a tenant. They just flood viewing one after another.Their rate is higher and I wish I had a bit of lower management fee. In overall they know how to let the property quickly.

GoogleBe very cautious when asking Dexters Kingston to value a house for sale. They did so for us in October 2017 and brought along a handful of brochures for comparable sales they had apparently made. We fact-checked the sold prices via the land registry and found that they had inflated the prices of all 3 properties for which they provided sold prices. House at £595k on Shortlands Road they claimed to have sold for asking price actually went for £565k, House on York Road claimed asking price of £515k actually went for £472.5k, Shortlands Road at £675k claimed 'just under asking price' actually went for £650k. This seems like very shabby practice to us and I would recommend avoiding them.

GoogleI recently sold my house through Dexters in Kingston. I was given regular feedback on viewings, as well as from people they had spoken to about my property. I was also impressed to have my preferences listened to for once, and took advice to view a properties from Chloe at Dexters that we weren't sure would work for us. We found the perfect house and managed to get the sale, solicitors and also mortgage sorted - thanks to the help of Darren Mason. Dexters gave us all the help we needed - even have movers to offer! I couldnt recommend enough.
