FacebookWorking with Chancellors regularly, we find them very efficient and good to work with. All the staff we encounter are helpful and thorough which makes our work a lot easier.
In particular Summer Allen and Raquel Landman, The refurbishment service launched by Raquel this year works very well and again makes it easier for us @ LKT Electrical in terms of information and organisation.

FacebookBack in February 2016, when the Chancellors refurbishment referral system was launched, it has made our company grow significantly, we receive many referrals, could be anything from day to day Maintenance/Repairs inc gardening/cleaning, to extensions/complete refurbishment works.
Raquel thought of this refurbishment system I believe when she was on maternity leave, it’s a great idea, and helps not only us as a company grow but chancellors grow as a company too. I strongly believe with this system now in place, this insures less pressure to the property management team, and is a sufficient way to get quotations over to any client/landlord/tenant within a 24-hour period.
This is a quick and easy system, from receiving a referral, to attending the property to carry out a quotation, pass quotation over for decision, then get the works booked in as soon as possible.
So I would just like to thank Raquel Landman for introducing us to the refurbishment referral system from the very beginning of the launch in February.
I would also like to thank Summer Allan for sending us works/projects on a daily basis. Who works closely alongside Raquel to insure the system is ran as smoothly as possible.

FacebookI wanted advise about selling my house early next year and popped into the Sunbury branch and spoke to polite and helpful agent called Daniel. I have never placed a house on the market before so was unsure on the process but Daniel was happy to take the time to answer my questions. I left pleased with his advised and comfort with his knowledge. Although I am not putting the house on market at moment I would recommend Chancellors in Sunbury and will return.

FacebookMe, my husband and our daughter just moved yesterday to our new flat. I can't belive all process was so quick and not as complicated as I first thought. Very special thanks to Nathan Tan, he was very patient and professional, he really supported us. He explained us everything, sometimes twice as we are not a native speakers ;). If you're a bit scared of all this "scary" agencies, forms, processes and other things that may seem to be complicated I can honestly recommend you chancellors and Nathan. Big thanks again!

FacebookWhat a pleasant experience! I went into the Henley branch and spoke to Jon, a very helpful employee for your Henley area. I needed some assistance in my property search and I was very impressed with your employees knowledge of the area, not only places/areas within my budget but also how close the houses were to everything else I would need to be around or near my new home, schools, shops etc! I'm in a bit of a rush as I am moving to the area for a job and knew nothing about Henley and surrounding suburbs. Whilst I was in the branch I was comfortable the whole time and did not feel pressured at all, which is refreshing for an estate agents! I left feeling like I had real direction on what was now within my means and will be back to arrange viewings next time I am in the area! A great experience overall!

Facebook2 years ago I was in a position where I had to find a house for me and my baby. I was a single parent and not a lot of property's would accept housing benefit, when I called Tom Peachy at chancellors he was the one and only estate agent that didn't turn me away, and the only one who wasn't rude to me about being on 'benefits'. Daniel did a great job in securing me a very decent price for the flat and a price that the other Estate Agent on board could not compete with. Simon Butt has been approachable, knowledgable, efficient and always gone the extra mile to help me with letting the property in Aylesbury and especially as it proved to be a quite difficult tenancy. He has always responded promptly by email or phone call to answer the many queries I had and keep me updated in all aspects of their managing of the property. FacebookMy mum purchased a Retirement property through Chancellors Surbiton Branch. We found the property on line and rang to arrange our first viewing and was greeted by a young man called Max. Max turned out to be one the most nicest, accommodating Estate Agents you could meet. When we needed to contact him regarding the property he was always very helpful and would return phone calls when he said he would. He made my mum feel that nothing was too much trouble and the purchase of the property went fairly smoothly. It is indeed good service personal caring and honest that we experienced when we telephoned Chancellors Surbiton to sell our property in Surbiton
Within a week they arranged an open day and within the second week we had a firm offer way exceeding the sale price.
Gareth and Josh Corrigan were instrumental for this efficient process.
I was sent all the information and the step by step progress through out the transaction and was not left wondering what is going on at any point.
When the buyers had difficulty getting their mortgage Josh was particularly supportive to both parties and also opened communications with the solicitors
many occasions to speed up the process
So overall an excellent experience in selling our house and will certainly call them up in the future.
I have bought and sold properties over 12 times and own multiple properties and having compared my experiences in the past this experience with Chancellors was
the least stressful and was pleasant.

We sold our house with Chancellors and both Gareth and Josh were exceptionally friendly, knowledgable, helpful and efficient from day one. They arranged everything and the whole process went very smoothly. We had a large number of potential buyers come to view our property and ended up getting the price that we had hoped for.
Gareth was always available to offer advice and answer any queries we had, and was definitely willing to go above and beyond. I cannot recommend Chancellors Surbiton highly enough and would undoubtedly use them again in the future.

GoogleThe sale of my property would have been an extremely stressful experience if not for the support of Gareth and later Josh at Chancellors. Unfortunately I was on a roller coaster ride with potential buyers but Gareth was always there to support me and was always on top of his game. What especially impressed me was his professional attitude, his constant communication with me, his general support and most importantly his ability to produce 5 bids after one single day of viewing. Gareth definitely had my best interest at heart and I never felt like it was just about the sale.
In the later stages Josh communicated with me regarding the sale and I was also very impressed with his constant communication, his professionalism and his push to get the exchange completed as soon as possible for both my and the buyers behalf. Without Josh the completion date may have been a couple weeks later.
Going forward I would ONLY use Chancellors, having compared them to all the other agencies I used in the past. They definitely deserve the 5 star rating on all accounts.

GoogleMy experience with chancellors branch in Surbiton, both as a buyer and since January 2014 also a landlord has been refreshing. Both the letting business and the sale part of the branch are excellent.
I do however feel the branch staff had to make up for conveyancing admin part of the business, who we found absolutely useless and at times a little arrogant (so if you're allocated R Packham, I would request someone else!) but please don't let that one person detract from the excellent team in Surbiton who are excellent in our opinion.
I have to make a special mention for Annabel on the recent exceptionally complicated sale, where Annabel was helpful, tried to look for solutions, and played an active role in chasing everything through which contributed to the sale actually happening.
