Austyn Is absolutely fantastic. Since we walked through the door any issues we’ve had (and there’s been a few! ) Austyn has sorted them out so quickly and promptly and kept myself and my partner up to date with all developments. His friendliness and professionalism really does put me at ease!

Had a wonderful recent experience with chancellors while purchasing a property. I have been updated regularly throughout the process. Jonathan Breen dealt with this case and he has been great and spot on with all the chase ups with solicitors and promptly kept me updated. I wouldn’t hesitate to use chancellors again. Thank you.

Very poor estate agents, takes ages to arrange viewings, agents don’t know important details about the properties so just talk about themselves the whole time, the lie about market interest in properties to try and rush you into a decision, will be avoiding and properties for sale that they are the agents for

I ended up not renting through them but I had many viewings recently in Surbiton/ Kingston and so many agents are arrogant and not professional while Anna ( I believe) was lovely and friendly with us. I would however advice to be more honest with your ads, if the garden is "officially" shared/communal, I would put that in the ad to save yours and tenants' time, instead of giving that information later by commenting " the other flat never uses it anyway".

We recently bought a property with Daniel Johns help. A wonderful and delightful experience, especially as Daniel was available to answer all our questions and allow multiple viewings. Would definitely recommend Chancellors for buying and selling.

Under no circumstance rent or sell with this terrible unscrupulous company. They are about nothing but making a quick pound and they’re pure gorilla sales techniques are frankly scary

Poor communication. Slow at getting things done. Don’t come back to you. Bad photography and then when we tried to exit our contract under the cooling off period they told us this was not relevant as we signed online and not in person!!! Would never recommend anybody to think about using them. Very unprofessional company. Very bad experience. Utterly disgusted with the company as a whole. So we had no viewings the whole time it was marketed. and now they are trying to sting us for £400!!! This has left a really bitter taste in my mouth. I know a lot of people in the area looking to sell and will definitely not be recommending you to anyone. They also left a full blown photograph of our 4 year old daughter online on the details and wondered why we asked for the property details to be removed from the website !!!

It’s a shame to read so many poor reviews when I have received excellent service from my property manager Tegan Ellis who has been trying to help sort out a repair for an oven. She has been incredibly helpful, polite and got the job done.

We had a stressful experience prior to exchange, to obtain all the documentation required from the seller's solicitor and to get things sorted with our lender, who was extremely slow. We were however lucky to have Gareth from Chancellors to push things through, when things were static. Although he was the seller's agent, he was always ready to listen to what we had to say, and push requests through to the seller's solicitor. He is extremely proactive and very professional. He did more than he needed to as an agent, and is something we deeply appreciated.

I recently bought a flat in Surbiton and Josh in the sales team was brilliant. For a start he alerted me to the property which he recognised would be well suited to me, and thereafter his support through liaising with the vendor's and my solicitors about how things were proceeding was thorough. He also had no problem accompanying me on several visits to the flat before exchange of contracts so that I could show my builder around in order to get a head start regarding planned works on the property. I would recommend him and the rest of the team for their friendly and professional attitude to anyone.
