I bought my first property through the Surbiton Chancellors team and they were a pleasure to deal with throughout what ended up being a very long process (no fault of theirs!). I had my offer accepted in October 2014 and eventually completed at the end of May 2015. Throughout that time the team at Chancellors were very helpful and did what they could to try and smooth the process as much as possible. My main point of contact was Josh Corrigan and I would happily recommend him to anyone who was looking for a sales agent in the Surbiton area as he knows the market well and is a good bloke to deal with.

After what was a shaky start, Chancellors went over and above their call of duty to deliver an impeccable service. In what seems a cut throat world of estate agents, I always had to pinch myself at how personable and genuinely caring they were at aiding the completion of a sale - particularly at such a shaky economic time as this. Amin who handled the transaction was truly beyond honest and professional from start to finish. Not one word of negative feedback to give about him! I would use Chancellors again without a doubt and would recommend them highly to anyone looking for good quality service.

We are extremely pleased and grateful for the service we received at Chancellors Surbiton, hence, I am writing this review. We presented a fairly complex purchasing situation to Josh and Gareth, as the process developed over a couple of months our goals and situation changed not once but a few times, but what didn't change was the hard work and the constant effort that Josh and Gareth both made in order to sort us out! We were always reliably informed at all stages and trusted their advice. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again ourselves in the future.

Now if you want to sell your house go to Chancellors in Surbiton and ask for an appointment with Roy Pollard, hes the man to get your property sold not only quickly but at the price thats reflects the market value !! Hes great at communication and keeps you update with progress on the sale !! Hes honest and straightforward and certainly knows the selling game inside out !! The worst Estate Agents I have ever dealt with in 10 years. So unprofessional and no one seems to have the slightest clue. I am constantly chasing for updates and reports that are outstanding. I am confused as to what I am paying for. Would definitely not renew my contract.

Very dishonest and unprofessional letting agents - possibly the worst of all. They have no clue what they are doing. Being a landlord for 10 years, I have never seen anyone like them and would definitely avoid them at all costs. Unfortunately, I had to learn it the hard way which costed me 2 months rent and loss of personal time chasing rent arrears from a tenant all because of their fault which they agreed to but gone back on it and denied to pay the losses.

I have genuinely never encountered such bad customer service. Once an offer accepted they literally don't care about their clients. They don't keep in contact or chase up the buyers and they hand you over to a separate office so noone seems to know what's going on.

Absolutely horrendous. If you're ok with breach of data protection and disclosure of your personal finances to your ex-husband, hey, go with Chancellors. They are SO inept, unbelievably arrogant, inordinately incompetent and even with numerous court demands, they refused to engage. At your peril.

Absolute shambles. I wish I could take the stars away. They do nothing apart from robbing people without giving the service. Started with Daniel from the Sunbury office who promised us of great customer service and communication. Daniel along with his team at sunbury hardly communicated and their specialist team had no clue when they spoke to me over the phone. A sale that would normally take couple of months took over five months to complete. When I layed the frustation out to the senior directors they first asked me to pay their fees. Once I paid the fees they just told me to that there is nothing they can do. Plz plz plz do not deal with this company. You will regret your decision for ever

I was delighted with the excellent service I received from Declan Hartigan at Chancellors. I called one morning on the off chance there were any vacant properties to view that afternoon and he arranged a viewing within a couple hours. I loved the property and was able to make an application in minutes. The entire process has been smooth as Declan has kept me well-informed and immediately answered any queries I've had. Also, the entire process was completed within a week! The help and efficiency I have received from Chancellors has taken the stress away from moving house!
