GoogleI enquired about their Ts & Cs. They refused to let me have them in writing - saying they would "discuss them over the phone" and provide them when they have found a tenant. I said I might find their Ts & Cs unacceptable at the point the tenant has signed...! I pressed P.H. for them. They got quite unpleasant. In the end I said ok, please go ahead and find me a tenant. They refused! Conclusion: P.H. don't like legally savvy landlords and they don't want to reveal their Ts & Cs upfront. Why could this be...? Because their Ts & Cs are unreasonable and their costs are very expensive - so you might not engage their services...? I'm not even sure if this is legal practice...? At best this is very underhand...? Contact me and I will send a copy of the emails.
Hello, We've checked our telephone and email records and are puzzled at your comments. Our Landlord Fees are displayed clearly on our website and we always supply our T&C's via Docusign prior to acting for any of our Landlords, however, if you message your email address and telephone number, we can look into this for you.

GoogleRequested viewing for 3 properties from this agency and nobody got back to me for each property. For some reason I am unable to reply so have edited in response to your reply. I have sent 3 viewing requests via right move, and have spoke to an online agent who also passed a message on for you to contact me to arrange a viewing. I have successfully arranged many other viewing of other properties with different agencies, so do not think the issue lies with right move. I have followed up this review with an email to your Sunderland branch. Thanks

GoogleI used Peter Heron agents to sell my Mum’s house. I must say that they took care of everything most brilliantly. From initial contact to the preparation of the marketing report to regular updates on progress. The viewings were also conducted by them which was a great benefit as well. An absolute first class service and well worth the fee paid.
