GoogleAsked a few questions about a place for sale...simple questions and was informed that they would contact me with the answer. Nothing. I chased but was told they are trying to find out. A few days later the place was Sold STC. I was willing to go 30k over the asking price, but this company juat flogged the place to the first person who put a offer in....where as any good estate agent would try get the best price for a sale. If I was selling, I wouldn't dare use this company. The company says below that I was too late to ask my questions, this is a lie, I asked on the first day that the advert for the sale was put up online. Just an excuse of bad customer service.

The housing market is extremely fast paced at present and at the time you made your enquiry prior to any viewing appointment you'd requested, we were already in receipt of numerous offers and after taking instructions from our clients, the property in question sold the same day.
