No matter how busy she is or how many accounts she is dealing with she always manages to deal with our queries and issues quickly and in a professional and personal manner. Our properties are fully managed which gives us peace of mind with the service that our tenants and ourselves receive. GoogleThey couldn’t sell a property of mine in the contract period, they arranged viewings right up to the last week of the contract which I was hopeful they could sell it. Unfortunately they didn’t so I called their office to confirm my contract period had ended and I wanted them to remove my details from their database and remove my property from their books. A short period later a friend was coming on holiday from Canada to view the property and then agreed to purchase. Seventeen months later they have now made contact and threatened a county court judgement because they want paying. Paying for what exactly? No one in their office has explained why they want paying. An explanation would be very helpful. In my opinion there are far better companies in Sunderland then Herons, if they don’t get what they want they threaten.

Their property adverts are accurate and include very comprehensive floor plans, which is helpful in preparation to view the properties advertised. Highly recommended!
