GooglePeter Heron were excellent in their approach pre, during and post the sale of my house. Took meticulous planning around photos and video to have marketed online to generate interest. 2 weeks of no viewings had me worried but the office kept me informed of market conditions. A few days later I had 2 viewings and 2 acceptable offers. They kept me in the loop throughout the sale process and I received emails of the tracking of my sale. Great job well done and would use again.

It wasn’t just the facilitation and accommodation of gaining us access to view the property initially or responding so promptly to all our queries but the continuous support, kindness and care that we were shown from putting in an initial offer all the way through to chasing solicitors for updates to get us to completion.

You contacted our branch requesting a probate valuation only.
A Probate valuation is a separate professional service carried out for legal and estate administration purposes. It requires time, research and expertise, which is why we charge a fee. Where we are subsequently instructed to sell the property, we deduct this fee from our agreed sales commission.
