GoogleChancellors were so were so keen on helping me find a buyer which was great for be and them for obvious reasons, then it all went down hill from there. Myself and the buyer have done more work in regards to progressing with the sell done the estate agents who are getting paid for their so called service. Not very professional and I wonder why I was ask to give a reveiw at the initial stage and not at the end of the service after nearly five months is waiting to complete, unbelievable.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

FacebookWe just moved out of a property managed by chancellors, the agency and most of the staff working there are extremely incapable, downright unhelpful, with the exception of Isabelle Smyth - Senior Property Manager, so this 5 star goes to her and her only. She remained kind, polite and professional at all situations, was super helpful and where all others failed went out of her way to assist us with our queries. She deserves the recognition, if it wasn't for her we would have had a much worse experience than we did. Thanks Isabelle!

GoogleI would not use them even if they paid me to sell my property! Only a couple of viewings over more than 4 months. Poor communication with the staff at the branch never returned calls, kept on holds most of the time, Branch Manager never a available and when disinstructed they printed approx list of 2 dozen names threatening me that if any of these would be Buyers bought it via any means ie another Agency or alike I was to pay them a commission. First of all I have never heard of the names mentioned coupled with the poor and bad service I had received. The audacity of this Agency. They should fire everyone in the branch! Bad business and bad behaviour! No I would not use them again or ever for that reason!

GoogleI couldn't even give it a 0 star rating. My fiancée and I were thinking considering renting an apartment from Chancellors. We had to wait weeks before we could schedule a viewing, and on the day of the viewing the estate agent did not even show up. We waited 1.5hrs, phoned three times, and were informed we would get a call back but never did. We called one more time before leaving and they hung up on us; wasted our time for this experience. Appalling.

GoogleI had a wonderful experience here the other day with Jake. I had recently lost faith in meeting estate agents who just wanted to take money from me. From the time I met Jake, he was really friendly and unbelievably helpful of my situation. He worked hard to find properties that were exactly what I requested. He is yet, professional but also had a great sense of humour. He’s rein-stored my faith in estate agents. I can’t recommend him enough! Thanks for the great experience, Jake!

FacebookI recently used chancellors estate agents to move to one of there rented property’s. My dealing was with Declan Hartigan ,Who was very informed very helpful and welcoming. Very professional throughout the whole process keeping me informed with a personal touch. It's always a nice surprise when somebody remembers your name considering the amount of people they have to deal with. I highly recommend chancellors estate agent and I am very impressed with Declan Hartigan. After my Smooth transition into my new home I also have perfect after-care service. Robert Higgins

GoogleMy property was on the market with another local agent although there were viewings unfortunately not an offer. I decided to use chancellors and after a few viewings I got an offer for the full asking price ( same price as was on the market with the other agents). Not forgetting small buy to let investors had just been squeezed and brexit to boot, I really am surprised it sold. Dan was the first guy I met and told me we can get you the price you want, thinking to myself "yeah right ". Knowing now he had every right to be confident. Scott was the guy who organised viewings and communicated with me right through to completion. A truly professional service with results. Well recommended David

GoogleI am a first time buyer looking to move to the Sunbury, but having never done this before I had a lot of questions. After being made to feel stupid by another local agent I was delighted to speak to Daniel Short at the Chancellors Sunbury office who actually listened and he told me ‘there was no silly questions’ and went through the process and some of the meanings behind things I had seen when looking online, giving some great advice and prepping me on what to have ready when talking agents to view houses and sent me across properties within my budget. I hope to find my first home through chancellors to continue the positive experience.PositiveProfessionalism

FacebookI've just had a successful letting with Chancellors in Sunningdate. I dealt mostly with Jenny Wintermeyer who was a pleasure to work with, friendly, polite and very well informed. Because we were pressed for time, they pulled out the stops to finish all the paperwork in very quick time and in a very professional manner. The team who answered the phone were also very polite and helpful, especially Kate and Lauren. [Sorry I didn't have the chance to speak with Fraser - I'm sure he would have been just as helpful.]

FacebookMe, my husband and our daughter just moved yesterday to our new flat. I can't belive all process was so quick and not as complicated as I first thought. Very special thanks to Nathan Tan, he was very patient and professional, he really supported us. He explained us everything, sometimes twice as we are not a native speakers ;). If you're a bit scared of all this "scary" agencies, forms, processes and other things that may seem to be complicated I can honestly recommend you chancellors and Nathan. Big thanks again!

FacebookWhat a pleasant experience! I went into the Henley branch and spoke to Jon, a very helpful employee for your Henley area. I needed some assistance in my property search and I was very impressed with your employees knowledge of the area, not only places/areas within my budget but also how close the houses were to everything else I would need to be around or near my new home, schools, shops etc! I'm in a bit of a rush as I am moving to the area for a job and knew nothing about Henley and surrounding suburbs. Whilst I was in the branch I was comfortable the whole time and did not feel pressured at all, which is refreshing for an estate agents! I left feeling like I had real direction on what was now within my means and will be back to arrange viewings next time I am in the area! A great experience overall!

She was so helpful and down to earth, she allowed the product to sell itself instead of being pushy and pressurising us into making one of our biggest decisions as a couple yet. GoogleWhat can I say - Chancellors have been great with us. We have just brought our first house through Chancellors and all the team have been great at supporting us. They went above and beyond to help the process especially when we had trouble with our Solicitors. They were polite and helpful every step of the way. They were flexible about how we could contact them and got back to us on issues almost instantly. Joe Irving was our Sales Negotiator who got us a great price on a great house and talked us through what we should expect and when. Christian Hinton the Sales Manager was also very approachable and helpful throughout. It wasnt just these two that helped us the rest of the team were assisting on our case and thank you to Nicole Docherty for coming into to work on a Saturday just to complete the paper work for our house. When we want to move we will head straight to Chancellor Sunbury. Thank you.
