Simon did not seem fully aware of the fees and services he was offering or how the current market is nor did he bring any paperwork to show his findings to justify the price quoted which left me feeling less confident with him handling the rental of my properties he said he would email me an “Estoppal” As a result i have gone multi agency with sterling and dexters giving them both my properties but we will not be doing business with chancellors in the near future.

They did a great job and in particular Danniella Wylie from the Letting Team who manged to get me into my nnew property within 24 hours. Danniella was super friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend Chancellors, they’ve been a massive help since we moved into our property just over a week ago. In particular Casey Gramson, our property manager, has been super, and has dealt with all of our requests effectively, and in a timely manner. Since 1 week I have tried to contact them to get some more information regarding properties listed on their website. Unfortunately, I couldnt reach anyone for first 3 days, no one was calling me back. For next 3 days i kept speaking with people who promised me to send an email with the offer and requested information but yet nothing was sent. I am really dissapointed as till today no one came back to me. Additionally, whenever I was speaking with their staff I needed to say every time what I need even tho my account was saved. Very poor customer service. Never had a problem like that with any estate agencies.

AVOID these cowboys at all costs! I dealt with this agency for over two years whilst trying to evict a non paying tenant that they housed in my flat. Chancellors failed to do their due diligence and I was stuck with a nightmare tenant and legal costs of up to £10,000 after it was all said and done. They’re slow to respond to anything, hopeless at sales and generally a pain to deal with. Attached are photos of the condition of my flat that it was left in. My suggestion is to avoid these guys completely and find a different agency who is competent and professional.

Extremely rude, I came in to look for an availability of a property this morning straight after GYM that was on the website for seymour way sunbury and spoke to a guy there about it, he without thinking anything or looking up anything told me that the property was not available and its not there. He straight up said no without any information and he judged me by my GYM WEAR I WAS WEARING. My fiance called up and spoke to a lady and she said it is available, which confirmed my suspicion of his ill behaviour towards me. If this is how CHANCELLORS treat their customers than please maybe you guys are in a wrong job roles. Absolutely disgusting

Our experience with Chancellors has been excellent - friendly and efficient service both in selling our current property and buying our new home. Our current home in Ashford, Middlesex was sold within 2 weeks of being placed on the market, far quicker than we anticipated. This was helped by the excellent professional photography service Chancellors provide to help market your property. All of the staff at the Sunbury office - Clare, Jayne and Richard, have contributed to making what can be a stressful process as hassle free as possible. They have kept us informed throughout and we appreciate their help and support. We cannot thank them enough and if we decide to move again, we know which estate agent we will approach first!

Top service. Pleasant to deal with. Helpful when needed. Later edit. Avoid!!! From the time we agreed we want the property, untill day of moving, NIGHTMARE. I m sitting now, on date of moving in the Branch, and people here are trying to sort out paper work that was send previously multiple times. I had Amelia hanging up on me. P.s. if you need to deal with Amelia, just run. Look for another agency. No one did their job at all. I had to chase them for every small thing. Nightmare. Is 9.33. at 11 am I suppose to get the keys. I ll see if get them. 9.48 no one tells me anything. Silence. Everyone is pretending they are working.
