Mandy and Wayland helped me immensely when purchasing my first property. Mandy was always extremely communicative and on hand to answer all my questions, and she kept me in the loop throughout the process. On the day of completion, Wayland was brilliant and helped make a very stressful day so much easier. Couldn't recommend Carter Jonas Fulham more and particularly Mandy and Wayland. We recently purchased a great house (in Oxford) with Carter Jonas. Whilst they do say that buying a house and moving is one of the most stressful things one can do, we had a rather different experience. Our contact - Julia was excellent. On the ball in terms of chasing all involved parties (surveyors, solicitors, us & vendors) and had typically done the chase before it has even been requested. Furthermore it was done with a smile and that made the process far smoother! Many thanks.

Excellent experience of property purchase with Carter Jonas and Kate McKinnon in particular. Communication was regular and supportive and Kate went out of her way to liaise between agents, solicitors and the seller to maintain communication across the chain and speed things up when there were any steps that were slowing things down. Kate's colleagues were also professional and reliable at passing on messages and returning calls if Kate was out of the office. I would certainly instruct Carter Jonas in the future for sales or lettings and would feel reassured purchasing a property managed by them.

Sam & Igor at the Fulham branch

Sam & Igor at the Fulham branch. There are not enough words in my vocabulary to put into the words the lengths and the help these two lads where in helping us first of all find a place and to them completing all referencing at such a fast pace to get us moved ASAP. These guys are not only professional but personable. Their warm enchanting nature put any of our doubts at easy. You could tell they both genuinely wanted to do the most they possibly could and they did exactly that and more. I am generally a level headed calm collected peaceful being but with this being a stressful process, that went out the window but thankfully I had both Sam & Igor to keep my head out of the sandbox. These guys are a complete asset to the business and if i controlled the powers that be I’d have these guys at the top of the Carter Jonas cooperate ladder - they went above and beyond. It would be an insult to them to even put them in the same sentence let alone category as any previous experience with agencies before these two absolute legends. Ask for Sam & Igor. I rented my current apartment in central Oxford through Carter Jonas last summer, and decided to renew my contract for another year because of the company's excellent service. My apartment is managed by Maddy, who takes care of everything and is always there to help. Maddy has been ensuring all my messages were answered immediately and none of the maintenance problems can remain unsolved for more than one day. Maddy is definitely a trustworthy professional and worth a five-star rating.

Julia in the Oxford branch dealt with the sale of my property from start to finish. She was really efficient and professional, and came up with a different viewpoint to the other agents who valued the property. She also achieved the asking price (which was more than the other agents had valued the property at). During the conveyancing process Julia was fantastic, keeping calm throughout and going above and beyond to help push things through when dealing with a particularly tricky situation. I would recommend her to anyone selling in the area.

Hardly anyone cannot be impressed by Tanya at Carter Jonas Oxford and her extraordinary service. Had been looking for a new accommodation in Oxford for months, I was constantly disappointed by many local estate agencies. When I first contacted Tanya for a property enquiry, I didn't expect I could even get a satisfying reply given it was during the busy season. Tanya, however, has proven to be the best lettings professional I've ever met. Unlike many other estate practitioners, Tanya is very empathetic and can understand all my requirements, and she is highly efficient and responsive. I just spent a little time preparing the necessary documents and left almost everything in the whole process to Tanya and her team.
