GoogleBe careful with your check out, they will try to screw you over and charge extortionate cleaning charges. You may as well leave the place a dirty mess, because you will be billed as if it was one anyway even if it is left with “light dusting” required

GoogleBeen an absolute pleasure working with Carter Jonas. Our primary points of contact were Tanya and Sana- both of whom were super helpful, responsive, and professional throughout. The move-in process was very smooth, any questions were answered quickly, and the whole experience felt straightforward. Also worth highlighting: property maintenance has been genuinely excellent- any issues we’ve had have been dealt with quickly and properly. Highly recommended.

GoogleI was searching for a letting agent over summer when Jenna Bugler and a colleague, Tanya, visited to talk about the services provided by Carter Jonas. They were both friendly and patient and listened to my concerns and answered my questions about the services offered. I was new to this but they never made me feel like any of my questions were foolish. Following that initial meeting, Jenna was my main contact at Carter Jonas. Jenna has been exemplary in responding to my questions in a simple, clear and straightforward manner. She responded to all my questions (and there have been many), sometimes immediately and always within a day. This is impressive and I appreciate it very much. Jenna is professional and offered sound, sensible advice about bringing the property to a high standard by updating specific furnishings, or adding in new fixtures, etc. Her recommendations were sound with clear reasons and I was grateful for it. There were times when I needed advice and recommendations for tradespeople which Jenna helped me with. Once, I accidentally locked myself out of my flat, and I called Jenna to ask about a locksmith, and she helped me straight away and also followed up to check that I was okay. Although this is a business relationship with Carter Jonas, it is the people who make the difference. Jenna was extremely kind to me and went above and beyond her duty. While visiting one evening to drop off some newly cut keys, I mentioned that I was moving my belongings one box at a time which took endless hours. Without hesitation, Jenna offered to help me and so, for over an hour, after her working day, she helped me to load her car with boxes that would have taken me six hours to do on my own. What can one say? Thank you is not really enough. It was an immense help and I am extremely grateful to her. That is not part of the service but was exceptional and a testament to her character. For all of the above reasons, I haven’t looked back once, or thought twice, after choosing Carter Jonas. Thank you Jenna, for making this a very positive and smooth experience.

GoogleI just wanted to bring to your attention how excellent Clare was in dealing with myself when I was applying for one of your rental properties at 15,Tomlinson Close Newton. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She helped me on numerous occasions when I had difficulty filling in the online documents. Her patience , understanding, and helpfulness was second to non. One if the most impressive examples is that if I left a message she always got back to me, and let me know if I had not done something right then went through the issue with me. GoogleWe were extremely grateful for the steadfast way in which Julia Wilson persevered with selling our house over an entire year which was particularly difficult for the market. It was also a year in which, for unrelated traffic reasons, our house did not appear to purchasers in the best light. We were always much more confident of an upbeat and accurate presentation of the house when Julia was conducting the viewing herself.

GoogleIn January we moved into Lamphouse cottages at Birchmoor. Selling our house and trying to secure a rental property was very stressful. After no luck with some agent's, we found and secured our rental property via Carter Jonas's Oxford Office. They were very helpful in helping us go through the legal requirements to rent a property. Tanya Hall was in particular very professional and very promp in getting back to us. We would definitely recommend them if you are looking to buy or rent a property.
