We chose Carter Jonas to sell our property. Ed was excellent throughout the period. I have to say that initially wasn't impressed with the photographer that took the photos. Speaking to Ed, this was quickly resolved and another photographer was employed and the photos were so much better.Our house sold within the first week. From there everything was fairly smooth and Ed was around to help with questions and queries.

GoogleFrom the initial enquiry, through to the day-to-day maintennance of the flat that I'm now renting, Carter Jonas have been excellent at every stage. Maddy, the property manager for this flat, has always been prompt to respond to any emails, and is warm and welcoming over the phone. Definitely makes a change from previous letting agents that I've used; I can highly recommend!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleThis is not only the worst letting agency in terms of services provided, but they are willing to cheat to steal your money, starting with Anton Frost. They are unresponsive, rude, unhelpful. When the tenancy ended they claimed crazy amount of money for redecorating and cleaning, that was completely unjustified. After we disputed the claim with a judge, they provided photographs of the house that were up to three years old (!!!) as proof. They even provided photos of signs on the wall, and a receipt (at this point, fake) for painting the very same walls. Too bad the date on the signed wall photos was few days after the supposed repainting had happened! Avoid like plague.

Horrible agency. They do not care about tenants at all, they fee are ridiculous and very expensive. They charge for everything. They are very tricky with tenants ( read your contacts and everything they give you to sign very careful ).They do only care about money. Consumer services is horrible. I have not met such rude people in my life, I hope never to have to use their services anymore. I was in a difficult situation (and dear I have to pay for it).They take advantage of people.

GoogleI have rented property through Carter Jones for nearly 18 months now. During this time I have liaised mostly with Maddy P. She is an excellent ambassador, is highly efficient, organised, direct and prompt with actions. These attributes support my rented home in being safe and functional. Utter rubbish, went for a house something on my credit file at a old address which was not on credit report! refused to give holding deposit! but house is through HS2 so going to chase them for the money as these sharks act as agent!
