We bought a house in Summertown through Chris Dixey. It was a tricky transaction and Chris was superb. He was helpful, tactful and available when needed. Chris held the transaction together and we are very grateful to him. We felt very supported and we will definitely recommend Breckon and Breckon and will use them again. Lucy Kirby is also very helpful, always cheerful , professional and pleasant. Nothing seems too much trouble and Lucy dealt with our queries rapidly and efficiently. I first spoke to Joe about two years ago for an estimated value of the property to be used in negotiations. Very realistic and easy to deal with, rather than pushy and overoptimistic like some others. Came the time to sell the property and we had immediate interest from Joe's existing list of prospective buyers. This narrowed down to three, and we sold for close to Joe's estimate in a reasonably short time, whilst other properties along the road have been on the market for over a year. I should also credit Luke who dealt with most of the viewings, and again, he has been very pleasant and keen to help.
