Terrible. Three hours late to a viewing and didn't apologise or call up to give me notice. Just kept on saying we'll be there in 5 minutes. Then said that my offer for a place was accepted and only after I had stopped looking for other places told me that it was a mistake and it wasn't actually accepted. Signed on to live at another place and moved in without the furnishings that was promised and had to wait a month for it. Currently living there with a broken window that I notified them about four months and ago and nothing has been done about it yet. Terrible. UPDATE: The window still remains broken despite constant reminders. It has now been more than a year...

Excellent agents who have become friends to the family and persevered through a challenging market

Breckon & Breckon sold us our house 6 years ago, and it was a no-brainer that we would return to them now to sell our house for us. Chris and his team are simply one of the best in the Oxford area! We went on the market in early 2017, just as things seemed to be getting more complicated - homes that normally went to sealed bids off-market were taking months to sell. In such a market, what you need is an agent who will be honest with you while also keeping up the commitment to trying to sell your house. B&B did that for us as they do for all their clients, showing the house in over 50 viewings until the perfect buyer finally knocked on our door. That they managed to do so without causing too much disruption to the everyday life for a family with three small children was much appreciated at the time. And even when the complications of life got in the way, Chris's team continued to keep their focus on selling our house. Along the way, they listened to what we wanted and needed, and did their best to help in every way. If you want an agent with whom you can create a long-lasting relationship over several house moves, you can't do better than Breckon & Breckon!

Boy. They know how to manage a sale!

Having tried to sell our very desirable house for over a year (post Brexit vote) and having used International agents (advised us to be far far over priced ) we were made aware of B&B by our neighbours. They wanted to sell 3 years before, B& B found a buyer but they decided not to sell. A great recommendation. Joe is every inch an estate agent from the first impression. But he is great. Tenacious, helpful, moral (I know), did I say helpful? Supportive, available, helpful and overall enough about him to complete a sale on the most difficult market for years. He has a very able team in particular Luke who thinks the problems through without shooting from the hip and Lucy who is most efficient. We’ve recommended them to other neighbours who are selling in the Autumn - and have signed B&B on. Choose them for North Oxford. You won’t regret it.

Excellent service throughout a long drawn out process.

We used Breckon and Breckon through the selling and buying process, which was a blessing, since the process was very much a roller coaster ride taking a week short of a whole year and their attention to everything was exemplary. Joe was our main contact, but Chris and Lucy and also new boy Luke were always available and always up to speed with progress. This gave us much reassurance during a really stressful time. They also recommended a solicitor to us and his attention was also excellent, which could not be said of every solicitor in the chain. By the end of it Joe felt almost like one of the family and we will happily welcome him, or indeed any of the others, any time they are passing.

I can't recommend Chris and his team enough for the service they provided in selling our house in Jericho. The photographer took excellent photos and even helped me rearrange furniture to get the best photos.
