Breckon & Breckon seem to have a clear understanding of the housing market in Wolvercote and the surrounding area. The house was put on the market with the minimum of fuss and offers cam in very soon afterwards. The process from acceptance to exchange was often quite painful but I always felt I was getting support from the staff at B&B. If my main contact was away for any reason a colleague would step in who seemed immediately to know what was going on. I would recommend anybody who was selling in Wolvercote to consider using B&B as their agent.

I've been separated from my shielding partner for most of the year and its wonderful to be able to be together in our new home - the Breckon team were very good at making things work smoothly under stressful circumstances.

From first contact they offered excellent service and communication. In a strong team, Joe Tustin stands out. He is fully committed to his clients. He worked extremely hard to put a deal together for us in a difficult market. He kept us well-informed throughout, gave us good advice and responded to every phone call and email promptly. We really appreciated his energy and commitment. He went over and above trying to ensure the whole chain held together. GoogleAt the end of the contract, a big chunk of the caution was kept with very little justification. Disappointed

As per your tenancy agreement the property is to be returned in the same condition as it was given to you in, unfortunately this did not happen and therefore this has led to end of tenancy charges on your deposit. Please note that these charges can be disputed through the TDS if you feel they are unfair. GoogleAt first they seemed nice and trustworthy. The process was quick and painless and they seemed quick to reply and offer their support. But after 6 months of me living in the property they are still failing to fix issues that I had raised even before entering the property. I don't know if they are incompetent or extremely inefficient.

He set a price which we found very acceptable, and did not take long to find us a buyer. He showed constant interest, and played a leading role in finding the title deeds of the house we were selling, which were in a lawyer's office in Abingdon. When we were worried that things were moving too slowly, he found out exactly what was happening and reassured us.

The whole team at Breckon we’re amazing from the start of the process of selling my house to the day I moved out. They were always ready with a big smile or a guiding hand on the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble and they were at the end of the phone whenever reasssurance was needed. I would not hesitate to recommend Breckon and Breckon.
We got there in the end didn't we!? It wasn't the most straightforward sale, but I hope everyone is pleased with the result.
