Spam emails, I never consented or signed up to any mailing list.In reply to your reply, I suggest you visit the ICO and review the law, in this case PECR is the relevant legislation. I neither consented or have any business relationship with you:"The rules on electronic mail marketing are in regulation 22. Great small business sale

Sarah T and her team did a great job from start to finish selling my business. It was a very smooth and guided process from producing the marketing pack through to supplying a plentiful number of potential buyers. Then assistance in selecting a buyer to move forward with, negotiating on my behalf and finally on to a successful sale. They were very professional and always available. I took the option to use Sarah’s suggested lawyers and they proved to be very experienced and a fixed price, far more experienced than my buyers! I would certainly recommend Knightsbridge and have done so recently to a friend.

Spam, Spam and More Spam

This company clearly purchase data to enable them to proactively cold email customers over and over and over again. I would not trust a company to sell my business who has to employ these seedy tactics in order to win business. The best companies in the world grow through word of mouth and not spamming people. Victoria seems to have a smart way of twisting negative reviews in her favour so let's watch out for that one but from experience, I would personally avoid dealing with a company that operates in such a way.

Over promised and under delivered

Although KBS eventually sold our business the whole experience was frustrating disappointing and at times unprofessionalThe initial sales presentation was very good and inspired confidence . On reflection the initial valuation was very misleading ( inflated) It took 16 months from instruction to completion .it seems to me that KBS make their money on the upfront deposit and after that the client interaction is poor At one stage when I was chasing our account manager for feedback I was told that she had 300 other clients to look after !! Also when enquiries regarding the business were made and calls set up I was given very scant information about the potential buyer and had to research myself Yes we did find a buyer , once the sale was completed calls from KBS accelerated to several a day a cynic may say so they could get their fee ! After the initial instruction with KBS disappointing and stressful

I regretfully trusted Knightsbridge to help me sell my business, but the experience was far from satisfactory. Their valuation was way off the mark, leading to a prolonged period of uncertainty and zero progress in finding a buyer. Their lack of understanding of the market dynamics was evident throughout the process. To make matters worse, their communication was subpar, and they didn't seem to care about my concerns. I was left in the dark for long periods, wondering what was happening with the sale. Their inefficiency and lack of professionalism were deeply disappointing.
