Selling a business is a huge milestone, and I couldn’t have asked for better support than I received from Knightsbridge, especially Sara Manville. She was highly professional, incredibly patient, and genuinely supportive throughout every single step. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she made a complex and stressful process bearable by being there every step of the way. I felt fully informed and looked after from beginning to end. So far I have had dealings with a few people who are helping with the sale of my business, all have been very good and informative about all of the stages that are needed when setting up the sales procedure, Amber Uttamlol who is the Document Writer has done an excellent write up regarding the explanation of the business and she responded very quickly to the amendments that I made. Also Lewis Bates the Financial Analyst was exceptionally prompt as soon as he received the accounts. All in all so far everyone I have had dealings with have been very helpful I hope this level of excellence continues and a sale will be achieved.

Knightsbridge commercial approached us…

Knightsbridge commercial approached us with a proposed sale of a retail business. There was no mention of any selling price therefore so that we do not waste our precious time emailing and talking on the phone with various persons about a company that was, potentially out of our reach, we asked them to provide us with an indication of what figure the seller aims to achieve so that we can decide whether this is a possible acquisition worth progressing further with or we should abandon it completely. They said their aim was to invite offers and i told them that they are fishing and wasting our time without providing a realistic horizon of what price you are working towards to. I told them that without any meaningful engagement with us without indicating what the aim is , it would be disrespectful for anyone to bid 5 pounds where the seller aims for 500 pounds. We made them an initial offer but we have got no acknowledgement back from them whatsoever, no follow up email, no nothing. The expression 'totally USELESS' is used frequently but in our case it is exactly what they look to us to be. Why when you have interested firm buyers standing by you are creating ' a secretive mystery' climate, as if you are hiding a Government's secret, is a mystery to us. No REAL FREQUENT feedback, NO tangible engagement with a potential buyer, dozens of advertising POINTLESS emails and all that from a company that is advertising itself as a leader and a must stop place when selling companies. A COMPLETE WASTE of our time, a very sad case of total incompetence and ZERO MEANINGFUL ENGAGEMENT WITH PROSPECTIVE SERIOUS BUYERS. Why do they bother emailing buyers with offers after all?

Unresponsive staff and terrible to non existent service!

I have been looking to purchase a business and came across Knightsbridge that had a few opportunities that I have enquired about. The servce I received so far is nothing short of terrible! Ive signed 3 NDA's and enquired about 4 businesses and have yet to receive even a courtesy call or message about any of the businesses! Fathoms me how they continue to operate when a ligitament buyers enquiries are not answered!

I have just used Knightsbridge to sell my care company. From the beginning to the end, it was nothing short of excellent professionalism. Sara Thomasson was my advisor and she was fantastic. As this was my first business being sold I required a lot of support on the process. Sara provided this in abundance. There were a few occasions where the sale took longer than expected but that was due to some ill health of mine. Sara seemed to understand this and she showed support. At no point did I feel she was pressuring me to a faster sale to pursue her fees. Considering this was a purely transactional relationship, to feel supported in this way, it meant a lot and was unexpected. In the future if I sell more business, I will definitely use Knightsbridge again and ask to work alongside Sara.
