They say kitchens and bathrooms sell houses and people sell businesses. The people we have dealt with at Knightsbridge, during the somewhat drawn out sale of our business, have been excellent. We never felt . forgotten, communications were regular and professional and leads were always pursued.

Business direction quickly changed after speaking to this company about a sale which did not proceed. They pocketed £12,000 for which they did nothing as the cancellation came before they had commenced any work whatsoever. Upon enquiry of refund / or even fair discussion of partial refund - and after significant chasing just to get any kind of response - they advised they would be retaining the full amount for contractual reasons. Once their sales director had got his sale we never heard from him again, was passed to various other junior members of staff. Will be seeking assistance elsewhere for our sale of business as the service from a company of this nature in the year 2026 is frankly a joke. Could not recommend less.

GoogleI appointed Knightsbridge Business Sales to sell one of my companies in early 2024, and, knowing what I know now, I feel completely cheated. The sales director who initially engaged with me grossly exaggerated the value of my business and made numerous promises that turned out to be completely unfounded. I was told they had a large database of people and companies actively looking for and buying businesses and that many of these buyers had previously closed deals with them. I was also advised that other brokers offering lower valuations were doing so for a quick sale and commission, whereas Knightsbridge claimed they worked to maximise the sale value for their clients. He assured me of regular updates, a dedicated and professional process. Once I signed the contract and made the upfront payment, however, he became unresponsive. Despite four attempts to contact him, he never returned my calls. The promised regular updates never materialised, and their marketing materials were mediocre at best. The results were deeply disappointing and speak for themselves: five inquiries, three of which came from their own database and two from RightBiz. None were serious or high-quality leads. This level of service is far from what was promised. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and explained that I felt misled. I was essentially told by the operations director that there was nothing I could do as I had signed the agreement. Ultimately, I terminated the agreement because I couldn’t trust or continue working with such a company. After reading other reviews, I see that my experience is alarmingly similar to many others’. I don’t normally write reviews, but I wanted to warn others about the upfront payment and strongly encourage anyone considering this company to do their own research thoroughly before making a decision. I would strongly advise avoiding Knightsbridge Business Sales if you’re considering selling your business.

GoogleI decided to sell my company approx 2.5 years ago due to a health issue. After speaking to a couple of smaller companies and then speaking with Knightsbridge I unfortunately made the mistake of choosing Knightsbridge to deal with the sale. Communication has been poor, in the just under 2.5 years the company has been on there books I have had nothing but time wasters. I have had around 5 different sales representatives dealing with the sale which shows they have a high turn over of staff and they are clearly only interested in selling larger companies which I would imagine is because they get a higher commission rather than selling smaller companies like mine, despite being promised the earth by them. The lady Jennifer dealing with the company sale left the company and it took the new person over a month to let me know he was my new sale representative. I would ring up for updates and told I would be called back and was rarely called back or “I didn’t see your email”. £1800 out of pocket and when I gave the notice to them to say I wanted to remove the company from there books I got a phone call asking me to please keep it with them and give them 1 month to turn things round. My comment back was you have had nearly 2.5 years to sell the company so why will you make more of an effort now? My advice would be stick to smaller independent companies that actually care about selling your business and want to sell it for you. Bigger companies are not always best. This is a prime example.

We just completed the sale of one of our subsidiaries through Knightsbridge, and it was completed successfully and effortlessly. Knigthsbridge lead by Jesse were able to quickly find an incredible number of buyers to the point where we had offers arriving before even the introductory call. At the end we settled for a business similar to ours to ensure business continuity, however we had 2 to 3 calls a day from interested parties.
