Paige's introduction to Knightsbridge's preferred solicitors (Ison Harrison) meant that she was also able to monitor the legal progress of the deal and this proved essential to everything running smoothly. Ison Harrison did a fantastic job and were very competitively priced. Without Paige's offer of help, I would have engaged an independent firm of solicitors and faced a huge legal bill.Paige is a pleasure to work with. We were approached by Knightsbridge at a time when we were considering selling our small business. We had a very positive Zoom call with one of their senior staff and decided to proceed with their guidance and assistance in selling our business. Initially, we were very impressed by the speed in which our information was gleaned and offers begun to come in. We had a disappointing first offer, but proceeded with the second offer to completion. Once the wheels began to turn on the second offer, we felt very much that Leanne Boulding stepped away, and did not interact with us at all. We indicated that we still wished to be informed of any other offers coming in, but did not feel that any work was then being done on our behalf, no other interested parties were referred to us, until after terms of business had been signed and we were tied in. We accepted a far lower offer than we had originally been advised that our Company was worth, as we were then keen to finalise matters. It appeared to us that there was less work carried out on our behalf by Leanne once matters progressed. Our Solicitors were brilliant and saved the day really. We had to do most of the chasing ourselves in order to progress matters, and do not feel that the fees charged by Knightsbridge were justified at all. To conclude, we are very disappointed by the whole experience.

As promised, we introduced multiple interested parties, we know you had a disappointing first offer which often happens but then you had a second offer which was accepted. Our normal process is to refer you to a qualified legal advisor, as Leanne isn't a solicitor you see. Of course, Leanne would always refer any interested parties or offers across to you but unfortunately none were forthcoming. We referred you to a trusted solicitor on our panel, we are pleased to hear that the solicitor that dealt with you gave you the correct advice and guidance that was needed. If you're thinking of using Knightsbridge Commercial to send your business, DON'T. I am currently trying to contact them to obtain details of a business that they are supposed to be advertising on their website, but you just can't get anybody to come back to you. I contacted them over 4 days ago and have run them several times, but when you ring them, there's nobody there to answer the phone.

Having never experienced or ever had any prior knowledge of selling a business i can honestly say it has been emotional , overwhelming at times and made me feel sick to the stomach, sleepless nights stressful for my family & myself.This experience has made my wife and i stronger people and much more resilient.Throughout the process and hard difficult decisions i have felt supported all the time, by the team in particularly Jesse ,she had our best interests at heart at all times , she made time to explain procedures i did not understand and kept me updated daily.Towards completion interaction with solicitors was another minefield understanding the legalities and the wording of documents ,again we were guided through safely.My only criticism was the valuation initially of our business which was not accurate.I cannot thank Jesse and the team (shout out to Ben ) enough for their support and compassion during the sale of our business.I have to mention because of this a small reduction in Knightsbridge's fees was welcomed gratefully.We are glad to be free of the burden of running our business even though we did not get what the initial valuation was our mental state of mind can begin to repair and we are pleased with the outcome.Fresh starts and enjoy being a family again (Priceless)
