GoogleVery poor estate agency. Minimal traction to the website so ofcourse all the additions come at a cost. Much cheaper and better options out there just to put on right move! Very few viewings booked and those booked in haven’t even turned up! (Not one!) Complete waste of time! Poor quality call centre and no support. Gone through several different account managers and still the same. Very attractive area to sell a property and very well priced! Going to look at other options and let’s see quickly the property gets sold, never going to happen with these! Any good reviews are clearly fake as the bad ones really show the true colours! Very poor, incompetent and waste of time!

GoogleStrike have been brilliant and the Sales Progresser Helen Noonan was fantastic throughout. easy to use and works out a lot cheaper than the 1-2% traditional estate agents charge, there is a bit of upselling but its generally a very pleasant experience with them

GoogleBUYERS PLS STAY AWAY PS: If you happen to have an offer accepted for a 1Bed flat in Oxley Square, London, E3 recently, I will give it up, but don’t overpay, my offer was accepted at £307k, you should negotiate again! As a BUYER, the last thing you want is an estate agent that deliberately facilitates GAZUMP. We had an offer Accepted on 31 Dec 2023. The agent Sam Smith deliberately delayed issuing Sale Memorandum until 10 Jan 2024 (despite our chasing effort) to allow the seller to continue taking offers. They NEVER took the property off the market despite an Offer Formally Accepted on their platform. And all I received today is an email from Sam saying the seller received a higher offer so unless I increased mine, they will go with the other offer, not even apologising for gazumping an accepted offer. All in all, POTENTIAL BUYERS PLEASE AVOID THIS ESTATE AGENT AT ALL COSTS

GoogleDo not use. Go with a hands on local agent instead . Strike don’t do anything except call you every week to get you to reduce the price. Strike are now merging with Purple Bricks. They offered me a deal via email to continue with them as PB even after no sale of my property, only to then back down on it. Unbelievable, unprofessional, even the 2 local agents who work for Strike /PB told me they thought it was completely unreasonable , TBF these 2 local agents tried to help but were blocked. One even told me to put my property into auction!! I have now been directed to fill in a Waste of time form which will probably be ignored.

GoogleStrike are a terrible company to deal with as a buyer. Avoid purchasing houses listed with this agent. After having our offer accepted in January 2023, we finally completed in December 2023. We moved through five different sales negotiators over the course of the year. For most of that process it was almost impossible to contact our sales negotiator, promised call-backs never happened, and emails were ignored. Eventually, we landed on our feet with Leeson as our final sales negotiator. He was an absolute hero in the midst of a dreadful company and useless colleagues. ***** Five stars for Leeson * One star for Strike overall
