Really disappointed with this Estate Agency, they just want to make a sale and allow gazumping. Although legal, every other estate agent we have enquired about houses with have said 'sorry it is now under offer we can no longer show the property'. Strike continued to show a property we had a sale agreed on, we had already paid for the survey and solicitors fees and completed all necessary paperwork. But then the sale fell through due to a higher offer and they were expecting a bidding war. Poor practice compared to other estate agents. Will not be dealing with them again. I also agree with other reviews they do have multiple people calling you trying to sell third party services.... They want you to use their solicitors, their surveyors, their mortgage advisors. Avoid.

Nightmare, agreed on a deal with a buyer since January 2024 ! No update since the valuation never happened not even sure if the buyer is applying for a mortgage or a loan 😏 every time I try to contact the case worker either he is on a meeting or a call or on leave and of course he will never get back to me. They just wasted my time and any other opportunity to sell my property. BIG REGRET

Strike seemed like a good option when we were looking to sell our house, they offered very good value for money and allowed us to manage a lot of the aspects of the sale ourselves. However, once we our house was sold, and we were more reliant on them for communication between ourselves and our buyers, the cracks started to show. Impossible to get hold of, giving bad advice, with each call merely an opportunity for Strike to sell us third party services, rather than genuine updates on our sale, and awful customer service. Strike might be a good option if you are looking for a cheap way to sell your house, but the service is reflected in the price. Do not expect much more beyond a listing on Rightmove - I think the term 'agent' hardly applies.

Staff were always friendly and quick to respond. We appoached a few brokers and Strike were by far the most helpful and didn't charge us a penny (like some of the others proposed to). Very approachable and made the experience as first time buyers much less daunting. Would definietely recommend!
