Strike conveyencing has been so slow. At this point I feel like pulling out and not moving. The property we have bought is empty and everything is ready to go. There has been lack of communication and silly little questions that are holding us up. I di not feel they are doing there best to get us moved.

They are fully incompetent about mortgage. There is a lack of proper organisation and there is also a lack of professionalism. I can give a full list of staff but it will take more than one hour. This is because I have been contacted every time by a different person. This was one big issue.

I put my house on market with Strike last September even although my initial intention was to market it in the spring. However I was assured by their representative, James Facey, that I could postpone the marketing at any time and for as long as I wanted to, at no extra cost. I subsequently postponed the marketing of my property till the spring due to lack of interest. On calling Strike today, I was told that they couldn't put my property back on the market as it had been more than 6 month later. Obviously their initial representative misled me entirely which is disgraceful. I shall now put my property on the market with one of my local reputable agents. My advice is be wary of these agents advertising free selling as it never is. I've just thrown my money down the drain.
