The help I received was friendly and I always felt that I could ask questions when I was unsure of what was happening, without being a nuisance. The two members of staff that I dealt with were Scott Cracknell at the Chelmsford office, who found a buyer. And Hannah Potter, sales progressor, in Colchester. I cannot speak highly enough of them both.

I have recently exchanged on my house purchased through Fenn Wright in Sudbury. I’ve been dealing with Tracy & Claudia and both ladies have been professional and super efficient through the lengthy process. My first house fell through so the girls must feel they know me now after lots of correspondence over the months..! I possibly drove them nuts but I never felt this from them.. They replied to all my emails or phoned me back promptly if they were not available. I have had absolutely no issues with the company or the staff. I don’t want to ever go through moving again but if I ever did I would not hesitate to purchase or use Fenn Wright for their services. Thank you girls for your patience! Tracey McLeod x

Avoid like plague, these crooks are modern days racketeers. Needless to say that while renting with them wasn’t the best experience ever, I requested a few works like a faulty heater and door handles for them to call me back literally months later to say they’re sorry their maintenance man let them down and they forgot about the issue.Later I’ve lost my job and we had no move out, when telling them about it they first tried to make me pay an astonishing amount of money for an early release. We negociated that and agreed I would pay £1000 fine only to be released from the contract and they assured me no further payments will be requested from us. When we moved out we have cleaned the flat throughout and made sure it’s left spotless.Now they are harassing us and keep requesting further payments from us because apparently the have don another cleaning of the flat. THEY ARE THREATENING TO DESTROY OUR CREDIT SCORE IF WE DON’T PAY THEM THE MONEY THEY WANT.Look, It is a perfectly normal thing for a property to need a quick refresh after tenants have moved out but since when that charge was meant to be put on the tenants? Admit the landlord decided to redecorate the flat once we moved out now are we supposed to be liable for that also? What kind of racketeering is that?I feel utterly disgusted by Fenn Wright’s behavior and practices.JUST STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

The whole team are amazing, we’ve had the most difficult sale/purchase. Claudia needs a medal if it wasn’t for he it probably fallen through and if I start up my own business I’m poaching her. I bought through you not sold, so I wasn’t your client and you still treated me like royalty. Always at my beck and call, I can’t thank you enough.

I have nothing but great things to say about Fenn Wright- Sudbury. I would particularly like to mention Claudia who was a constant delight from day 1 of meeting her whilst viewing the property right up until completion, it’s like talking to an old friend but yet still with the professionalism and fantastic customer relations I have come to expect from this branch. The team as a whole are approachable, efficient and welcoming and I can not rate them highly or recommend them enough. Hence 5 stars.
