Good advice on pricing an sales strategy - the house went under offer before it hit the website. Yes, there is an element of luck in that but it is impressive that the negotiators already had applicants on the books who they were proactive in persuading to view at an early stage. I asked FW to do more than many clients ask their agents to do at this price point for a modest fee and I am very grateful that they handled all viewings and interactions with the buyer in order to ensure the success of the sale. Online-only agents are a false economy!

We have just bought a property through Fenn Wright, absolutely 5* plus about another 100* rating, the whole team are brilliant, very accommodating and understanding of needs, they were very professional every step of the way and they're customer service are absolutely brilliant. We had issues with the process and Fenn Wright was there every step of the way to push through the Exchange and completion process. if you want a professional service from a company that just understands then these are the people you need to speak too.

My primary contact was with Graham at Sudbury. Despite being the Customer From Hell, Grahams demeanour and attitude was extremely calming as well as professional and personable. Tracy, my 'coordinator' was brilliant too. I have no reason to believe that any other member of staff could not live up to these high standards. My sale was the equivalent of a breach birth using only chop sticks and boxing gloves. My stress levels were held in check. I am not easy to please but as my last house purchase was 31 years ago, my faith in estate agents is restored. Can't say the same for solicitors though......:)

We recently viewed a property via Fenn Wright’s Sudbury office. They arranged a viewing quickly, but this subsequently had to be cancelled after the vendors accepted an offer from another buyer. That buyer then pulled out and the house became available again, so Fenn Wright proactively called me to ask if we would still like to view and arranged a viewing. A few days after the viewing Claudia from FW called for feedback and asked intelligent questions about my thoughts on the house and its price to pass on to the vendor. So I hope this is helpful reassurance to people considering selling with FW that they are “on the ball” and are proactively working to generate viewings, rather than just sitting and waiting for people to call them. We sold our house last year with FW in Witham and they are also a great team to work with!

House selling is not a wonderful experience, but the team at FW were a team: Neil and Tracy and their colleagues were brilliant at managing the anxiety around; they communicated with us, with our solicitor and filled in for each other to make it all sem seamless. As a consequence we felt throughout that we were in safe hands. And they put up with us. They also made sure that communication was good across the board. I was looking for a managed service to oversee a property that would be vacant for roughly 6 months prior to renting. Fenn Wright provided excellent service, clearly explaining all that was involved. They undertook weekly inspection visits as required to maintain insurance validity, providing photographs etc. following the house visits.. They also became the letting agents overseeing the rental of the property, finding tenants etc.. Being resident in the US. distance could have complicated the situation. However, email and phone communication was exceptionally efficient with prompt service.
