Lisa particularly is very good and a credit to this agency as she is always happy , keeps you informed and telephones back if not available. More Lisas needed in the retail trade. Sorry forgot to mention Sarah Lowe who again is always friendly and helpful. Pleasure to visit Stroud office , and guaranteed a laugh. Just need a coffee machine

I really liked the 'no pressure' approach; I was advised not to rush into anything. Although I was unable to find a property at this point in time, I wouldn't hesitate in contacting them again for future properties.

Extremely poor communication - emails and phone calls left unanswered for days.
Zero internal communication and record-keeping.
In the case of an emergency leak, the branch was uncontactable.
I would highly recommend avoiding Leaders and using another agency.

Property inspections are not carried out on time or if at all.
