A year ago I left a stunning review about Leaders and their speedy service in getting us into our tenancy at short notice. A year on I can honestly say they are the single most incompetent letting agency in existence. Months of no contact, promises of call backs never made, nobody seeming to know what anyone else is doing and the final nail in the coffin not even remembering to send us our end of tenancy. We were lucky enough that our Landlord was very present and helpful throughout the process otherwise I’d still be waiting on the “Maintenance Manager” to contact us about whether or not I could hang some pictures. Leaders are fond of flashy titles, but they all might as well say “I don’t know but I’ll get X to call you back”. And if their director takes a moment to read this I’d suggest you get your sacking hat on a start thinning the herd as you have a lot of people stealing a wage on your staff.

We recently viewed another apartment in our building and had a great experience with Jay from Leaders. He was incredibly accommodating, even going out of his way to show us a flat that had just come on the market that very day. Jay was attentive, friendly, and always quick to respond to phone calls and emails. He made the viewing process much easier and was a genuinely pleasant person to deal with throughout. It really felt like he had our best interests in mind, and nothing was too much trouble. We wouldn’t hesitate to get in touch with Jay again in the future or recommend Leaders to others.

David and his team in Stroud have been amazing at supporting our community school. They have been so willing and generous whilst helping with printing, promoting our fundraising events and giving prizes. They even had their own 'human fruit machine' and 'penalty shoot out' stall at our big September fundraiser and kindly donated us their takings!
