GoogleWHY CAN'T WE RATE WITH ZERO STARS? ABSOLUTELY APPALLING - IF YOU ARE A TENANT DO NOT EXPECT TO GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK, EVEN THE UNDISPUTED AMOUNT! Have tried going through TDS which still isn't resolving it, next is formal complaints procedure but considering level of response so far can only expect self regulation is just as bad - this one's for social media to help others avoid THE MISERABLE EXPERIENCE THAT IS LEADERS

GoogleI’ve privately rented through Leaders for just under 5 years now and recently ended my tenancy. I dealt with a lovely lady called Jade Hurrell who made the whole experience a smooth and easy process. She always replied within a working day and was very polite and efficient and all my queries were dealt with in a time efficient manner. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent.

GoogleA friend and I were looking at house sharing in the Stroud area and we applied for viewings with many other agents but Leaders were the first response. They quickly sorted a viewing for a property and within a few weeks we were fully moved in. All of the staff were really nice and directed us through all of the paperwork and processes, making the situation a lot less stressful.

GoogleWe dealt with Leaders in Stroud when we bought our buy to let property last Year . We found them to be very informative and extremely professional at all times . Lisa the assistant manager there is great and gives great advice and made sure that we were aware of lots of things as this was our first property . I would have no hesitation in recommending .
