Cheam/London office, no one replied to my emails viz zoopla or direct to office. I then called and got "Joel" who said he would send me details and didn't. I then got Sharon who finally did do what she said she would do. But thereafter, got no further assistance from her with any meaningful replies to questions about a property. And at a site viewing, she rudely refused us parking and could not answer questions about the site. Pretty shocking quality from customer service, sales, and estate agent perspectives and I would warn people to be very careful any properties this lot have (which is not many thankfully)

Superb service

Lee Armstrong from Fine & Country has been fantastic throughout the entire selling process. From the first time we met through to the end he has provided us with a first class professional service. We can't fault him or his colleagues. The brochures, advertising and video were all superb, as was the advice on how to make the rooms look light and airy.Each viewing was carried out with attention to detail and once we had a buyer the support that we have received has been second to none. Through no fault of Fine & Country's, we had some serious issues with the 'chain', but F&C went out of their way to keep us informed and to try and resolve the issues.We couldn't provide a higher recommendation.Thank you

Great service from the Beccles office

I had the pleasure of dealing with the Beccles office of Fine & Country when purchasing my property. We had a few concerns with the slow speed of the solicitors during this time. However I was very impressed with the staff at the Beccles office, without whom I very much doubt the sale would have completed on time. Both Rebecca and Bianca followed up swiftly to provide all the information needed to confirm the deal and also dealt with servicing the equipment and cleaning the property so overall I was very impressed with the level of service they provided to the sellers and myself as buyer.

Professional, Practical and Friendly

We chose Fine and Country because we felt they were by far the most professional estate agent we'd seen. Trying to sell our house through the worst fears of Brexit and having seen potential buyers stall in the first lockdown proved very frustrating. However, the team at Fine and Country, Jay, Emma and Karen delivered a good number of regular qualified viewers in such a way that we were confident we'd sell.They were always contactable by phone and if unavailable would get back to us in good time. They conducted viewing in an extremely professional manner particularly in dealing with the issues around the pandemic.Even once we had an agreed offer they were extremely helpful and we were very grateful to Lucy in supporting us, in getting the deal over the line.

She was very well-informed about the property during our initial viewing, and we were delighted that she remained our sole contact throughout the whole purchase procedure. We felt extremely confident throughout, as any queries we had would always be responded to very swiftly through the WhatsApp she set up with us. Fantastic! The immediate communication was a great encouragement and gave us total assurance during the process. We went from offer to exchange in just over six weeks, helped I'm sure by her excellent communication and swift follow-up to any questions. Highly recommended.

Unprofessional, disinterested and dismissive

Would give even fewer stars if I could. Made an enquiry about a house - and the agent couldn't answer even basic questions about it. The floorplan was also clearly wrong. Agent requested we put questions in writing - which we did - and promised to get back to us after the weekend. A week later, no response at all. Ended up calling them, at which point they blamed the vendor for not wanting to answer any questions (?!!) and said they had quite some interest already. When asked outright if they were even interested in a cash offer from us - they mumbled that (in 3 days they had been showing it) they already had potential offers. If I was this vendor I would be furious if potential cash buyers had been fobbed off in this way. Appalling agent - will never use them.

Sale of a unique property.

We initially marketed our property through another national agent, with little success. On relaunch, following the first lockdown, we opted for F&C, who had a far more proactive approach, particularly once Mike Warren got involved. We certainly felt that he was following through thoroughly with every potential buyer, ending, ultimately, with a successful sale.Like all home owners signing up with an agent, it seems like a lot of money being committed. In our case, I believe F&C earned their keep!Well done!

We got there in the end

Despite putting my house on the market just before the 2019 lockdown began, Fine & Country managed to find me a buyer for a sale one year later. To begin with I was not sure I had made the right choice of estate agent as I found errors in the text when their suggested brochure was sent to me and there were no pictures of the two rooms that my own visitors always fond most impressive. However, after the initial blips, I was very happy with the service that was provided and the way contact was kept with me right through the sale procedure.

An Agency That Sets The Standard.

What can we say?! Our experience with F&C has been first-rate from start to finish. Graham knew the type of property we were looking for (we had pretty specific hopes for what we'd like to find), and he gave us the heads-up of a place before it came to the open market so we could have a cheeky peek before anyone else. We fell in love with it and even though it did go to the open market, we were successful in our offer. It's amazed us that the process from our offer being accepted, to our exchange of contracts took only four weeks! <3 We know that having Graham in our corner helped the process no-end with communication between us, our sellers and both solicitors. All the recommended service providers from their little black book have been superb too. We made it clear we hoped for a stress-free transaction with a sense of ease and transparency and that's exactly how our experience has been. We're so grateful for the personal and dedicated service we received through every step of buying our home.

Professional Service

We recently purchased a property listed with Fine and Country and were very impressed with the service. We had seen the property on line and weren’t 100% sure whether to view it because of the Covid restrictions. Lucky for us Halina and Richard filmed an excellent walkthrough tour of the house and surrounding area and then a Facebook live tour and we were persuaded to view it.Halina hosted our subsequent Covid aware viewings of the house and was professional, well researched and able to answer all of our initial questions there and then. We were given time to view and take in the property and didn’t feel at all rushed. As with any house purchase we thought of lots of things to ask afterwards and she was always very helpful and went above and beyond communicating with the vendor sometimes replying out of hours.As a result we are now living in our dream home. Moving home can be a very stressful experience especially when you have not moved for 25 years! We recently sold our property through Fine & Country West Malling. Our main contacts were Michael and Karen; both of whom were friendly and approachable. We had a number of agents out to value the property, however, Fine & Country were the only agent who valued our property around the price we expected; a price which was achieved and considerably more than other local agents had given. Fees are higher than the majority of agents, but even taking that into account we got a lot more for our house.

Viewed a rental property at Harleston…

Viewed a rental property at Harleston which is on for £2,000 pm and if I was the landlord I wouldn’t be particularly happy with the viewings being undertaken. My daughter rang for a viewing and got toldthey are only doing viewings over 1 days and if they had a cancellation someone would be in contact with her. I rang and got an appointment. Surely appointments are done until a tenant is found? A reputable company like Fine and Country I would certainly expect the member of staff to be a bit more enthusiastic about promoting the property and certainly a bitmore clued up on it bearing in mind it had been up for rent since the beginning of February. I appreciate it is COVID times but being told to show yourself around and the few questions like is that a log burner ....yeah I think so! How much land is included.....I don’t know I am waiting for that groundsman to confirm and what outbuildings are there that we can use which were all in the same areas....:oh you can’t use one because they are storing their stuff in it! Which one.......the larger one! How many stables are there? 3 I think, but you can walk yourself down there afterward! She obviously didn’t want to go out in the cold! I felt she was totally disinterested. I really couldn’t be bothered to ask any more questions and totally put me off the property. If this is the customer service a tenant receives trying to promote the property I shudder to think the service if anything goes wrong. I would love to know what the poor landlord is paying for this shambolic service

Bad experience so far. Called the Huddersfield office on the morning the property was listed. Was told they would get back to me. Chased up daily since and every time have been told someone would check for available times. Last time I spoke to someone I was told the next viewing was 3 weeks away and earlier viewings had been booked up. Feels like they are selecting who can and can't view the property

I can recommend this Agency for the Colchester Area

I can echo the other positive reviews here but specifically my praise and thanks are directed towards Tristan and Charlotte of the Colchester branch. Fine and Country managed to produce a constant and almost weekly stream of viewers (which was in direct contrast to the agency, apparently of note, that had previously marketed my property). Tristan and Charlotte have been excellent in remaining in contact with me, they have been very professional and patient throughout a very complicated sale of previously unregistered property and land, they never lost interest in dealing with the myriad of problems that my sale threw up! One agent who is prepared to tell blatant lies to secure their commission on the sale and the other end, which was Fine & Country in Woodbridge.
