Extremely annoyed following our dealing with the Diss office. Communication was poor, the detail on the property was sparce and what was available was inaccurate. On attending the property we had no property pack. To say the online details were creative would be an understatement! So much so that if they had been accurate we would not have wasted 4 hours of our lives visiting the property. The poor vendor has been put in an unenviable position having been told that their property was valued at well over what is sensible for something that requires so much work. Overall a shockingly poor job from F&C. I really feel for the poor seller.

Booked a viewing on Tuesday for Saturday at 1015am.Arranged travel including ferries for 2 cars from the Isle of wight to Dunstable, total cost in excess of £300.Agent didn't turn up, didn't answer phone...nothing.Got a phonecall at 1pm saying that the office manager was working from home and that we had been called at the beginning of the week to cancel our viewing as the house had gone the previous weekend ... complete lie as we booked Tuesday.Diabolical service .. do not trust the Luton branch.. complete liars.We will be following up with fine and country for our travel expenses.

Fine and Country did a really fantastic job of selling my house and land. Their professional service was second to none and nothing was too much trouble. Sherry Foulger was excellent and chased determinedly when the buyers' solicitors were dragging their heels. I would highly recommend them.

Cannot fault Fine and Country Twickenham. We sold our flat in London through them earlier this year. It was a tricky sale and Claire went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly at all times. Would recommend them without hesitation!

What would have been an expected level of service was marred by threatening comments from the sales negotiator 3 days before completion, that the sale maynot go ahead if I pursued further negotions on remedial works required.Surprised and disappointed with F & CHappy to give further details to F & C mgt should they be interested for training purposes

F&C Cambridge. I'm sharing my experience so you dont waste your time. We marketed £200k below their widly inflated valuation but two months after signing with them we had no viewings whatsoever and no engagement. We requested regular updates but nothing. We found out they removed our property from Rightmove without any consultation with us. The Directors are arrogant and disinterested. Avoid the stress and go to a professional organisation.Thank you for the response. I look forward to actually speaking with someone, as so far all my calls have been ignored.
