Got off to a bad start, but impressed with second round of negotiations, efficiently and competently handled by the Diss office. In particular the follow up by Philippa Martinez was courteous, helpful and kept the pressure on, which was appreciated.

Very poor. Dealings with Greg Perrin at the Derby branch. Bulling, and harassment and threats. Was told on the 5 December 2022 that we had to move on the 21 December 2022 or else the chain would fall through and our buyers would pull out. (despite telling him that no removal firms were available before Christmas) The only option was to put our stuff into storage. The only date available for this was the 16 December. However the evening before we were then informed by Greg that the bottom of the chain was not ready. Lost £4,000 in storage and removal costs. Now living out of a suitcase for Christmas. Never again do we want anything to do with such a dishonest man

Wouldn't hesitate to using again or recommending them to friends. This was our first purchase and Natasha was excellent. She kept in constant contact with us and nothing was too much trouble for her. All the staff were genuinely polite and friendly.

I can not rate Mark Barnett from Fine and Country highly enough.The service as a whole was excellent. He was available pretty much 24/7 and nothing was too much trouble.After producing the most beautiful brochure, our home sold within a few days, however, the chain fell through near to exchange in Oct 22. Mark very quickly found another buyer and we completed in Feb 23. Thank you for looking after us throughout our journey.

Fine & Country Diss, what can I say..Without doubt the most professional estate agent in the area.From my first meeting with Chris to then being in regular contact with Sue, Tania and later Graham in the office, I always received a very warm friendly & informed service.The phone is always answered or most importantly a call is returned promptly.I must also mention Sarah the photographer and Philippa in after sales, again both a credit to the team.I have had nothing but first class service in what has been an incredibly busy and volatile market.I highly recommend giving them a call, you won’t be Diss-appointed!

Shocking customer service from start to finish with Anita Adams. I have had a lot of experience with estate agents and never have I received such a lack of communication and professionalism. Throughout the full 6 month process we did not receive one call, it was always us having to make the call and when we were spoken to it was like we were not worthy of a polite conversation. Never communicated with other estate agents in the chain, creating more work for us. Extremely rude and would not recommend.

TrustpilotA Half-hearted Apology Did Not Suffice.
Having booked and confirmed a valuation via email with Fine & Country, the valuer failed to arrive at the appointed time. We allowed an additional 40 minutes, in case they had got lost, and then telephoned the office, only to be told that there had been a mix up, and the person we had dealt with had failed to put the appointment in his diary, meaning that he was actually doing a valuation elsewhere. We were given what we felt was an insincere apology from another member of staff, and told that we could make a further appointment in 4 days time as no other dates were available. We are disabled, and had put in a lot of effort throughout the morning, dusting and polishing, to ensure that the house was looking at its best, only to wait in for a valuer who never arrived. This, and the poor attitude of the woman we spoke to on the phone, had caused us to lose all confidence in Fine & Country, so we decided to look elsewhere for a company who are actually interested in selling our property. As for the gentleman who we made the appointment with, we never heard a word from him, no apology, nothing! Had he bothered to call us and apologise in person, he may well have retrieved the situation, but instead lost the company a great deal of commission.In summary, a very disappointing experience with a company who we expected to provide a professional service.
