We had a great professional service from Fine & Country in West Malling. Emma and all the other staff were always very courteous and helpful. Michael was particularly helpful in discussing valuations over an extended period before we went to Market, including the effect and options of including the purchase and combined sale of the adjacent property.

A big thank you to all the staff at the Fine and Country office in Diss following the sale of our house. Chris provided us with sound advice and judgement at the start of the process with Tanya handling the prospective clients in a highly professional way. Sue, in the office, was an excellent guide to the management of the process and Julie Vassar worked closely with us keeping us informed all through the purchasing process which proved reassuring. The photography and sales material was of a really high standard which went over and above what we have seen before adding to the high standard and quality of the sales process.We would highly recommend the Fine and Country team in Diss if you are considering the sale of your home - they were exceptional from the start.

I don't know why this company has so many glowing reviews? The website is misleading and contains properties in London that are no longer available, because they don't maintain their website. Even their Barnes agent said don't bother calling because it's all AI robots answering the phones. I found them unhelpful and deceptive and I wouldn't recommend the west London part of the company.

We can assure you that our website is properly managed, it is common practice that 'Sold' properties remain on a site for a period after exchange. I sent a very simple question to the West Malling office about a property. I made it clear that I wanted an email reply. Instead I got a standard email response from a no-reply email address. The email did not address my question.I had previously asked a verbal question of a different Fine & Country office and was bombarded with unwanted and irrelevant calls. They need to listen.

When Chris Scott came to give me an estimation of valuation of my property I was quite surprised with quite a bold figure. But he assured me that my property was fairly unique, and it was. We managed to achieve £25000 over the asking price. !!! The office staff at Diss were professional and understanding. Once the offer was accepted Philippa took over the day to day running of managing the sale. We had a few bumpy moments through the relatively short chain but we exchanged yesterday and complete Wednesday 13th July 2022. I would undoubtedly recommend Fine and Country for selling a bespoke house of character, basically because of their boldness and professionalism. Also I have to say that their description and photos of the property were extremely excellent. Thanks. Mark

Chepstow office are a bit like the old double glazing salesmen, you just cannot get rid of them. Every few weeks we get a letter telling us that our current agents are no good and use F&C. However when you email, they ignore it, They never answer the landline 01594 715444 and Richards mobile 07970 237304 is the same and usually goes to answerphone. And all I want to do is get off the mailing list, however what if I wanted to buy the house you are thinking of listing with them?? I would have given up a long time ago.Plus they use 'The Homeowner' to get round the Mailing Preference Register, that I am registered on but letters addressed such are unregulated.If it was me I would look elsewhere for an agent, Purple Bricks for example - £1000 and listed for 5 years if you are not in a hurry to sell (like us Richard so take us off the list pleeeeeeeeeeease)

Good buying experience with Fine & Country, Oxford. Guy was on the case and communicated well with us throughout the process. Sales materials and use of Matterport 3-D was exceptional. Was always available to facilitate information exchange between all parties. Unusually smooth process all around and Guy must take a lot of credit for that.

We recently bought through Fine & Country and they were brilliant. Having had pretty poor experiences with estate agents previously this is the first time I would enthusiastically recommend one! Gabby was great throughout, proactively chasing everyone in the chain (other estate agents, solicitors and buyers) to get things moving. She was instrumental to solving some problems which could have caused us major delays without her intervention and I have no doubt it would have taken a lot longer for us to complete without her. GoogleWe visited this office last year to get a valuation on our Cotswolds country house. To be honest, we didn’t stay long. We’d clearly interrupted someone’s lunch which was unfortunate. The gentleman carried on eating while talking to us, mouth full, and even made a few comments about us being from London, as if we weren’t welcome in the area because we were "affecting the local market", when we were clearly already in the area, hence why the need for the valuation. It all felt incredibly unprofessional. The office itself didn’t match what we expected from a supposedly high-end agency either. We were genuinely surprised that Fine & Country would put their name to it. They are in fact a small, low-end local agency that happened to have the franchise. In the end, we instructed Murrays instead, and they were fantastic from the start, exactly the professional service we were looking for.

As a buyer trying to get a viewing, is a very stressful, exhausting process through fine & Country Wells. I made a complaint today due to an agent raising her voice when I explained for the second time the poor service. I am writing a review after having a call from a manager/Director ? Who’s response to my complaint was very poor, defend the agent, was uninterested in how I had been made to feel. I said I would give an appropriate review in terms of how the complaint was handled, they clearly are not interested in how buyers are treated with complete disrespect, hostility from my experience .Thank you for your reply, there really is no point emailing you as I have spoken to Mr Peter Greatorex managing Director prior to my review, as a result of how he handled this complaint, prompted my review.

We purchased our new Home through Fine & Country Solihull. John Ray helped us and supported us all the way through the purchase process to completion. We had our final viewing of the House on a Saturday due to work commitments. John facilitated the viewing and the necessary purchase agreement with the vendors through that weekend. He was quick getting back to us and took any stress out of the whole purchasing process. John was always fully supportive, responsive, and helpful to all of our questions and needs.
