GoogleUnfortunately I cannot recommend the team for sales. I Initially listed my property with Haart in December 2022 on a 5 year old new build property. The initial sales pitch was promising but I was soon passed to a junior member of staff who was to handle the sale/viewings of my property. I've had 6/7 viewings in 9 months.. ( I know times are tough but 6/7 viewings in 9 months is not the best) During that time I decided to reduce my property price twice to entice new viewings and I received 2 viewings as a result of this. I can't help but think my property viewings were only a result of Rightmove searches and no actual work from the sales team. I've had no contact from the team since June and have just found out from the Branch manager that the 2 individuals I was in contact with have left the company.... 1 of which was put onto the lettings team sometime ago. I've been given no apology for the oversight and my time has been wasted in a difficult market.
