GoogleJust completed on my sale and puchase. Property sold within a week after having an open day on TP’s recommendation. Difficult chain and the staff did everything to keep it all together and keep me calm! Had a previous sale collapse via another local agent and vast difference in the quality of service. Very impressed.

FacebookTrading places are a wonderful company and have done a lot to support the local schools in fundraising for vital equipment needed. With the government cutting school budgets the PFTA look to raise as much money as possible. Without the help of Trading Places the events we hold would not be as successful.

GoogleTerrible customer service, false promises and an over all poor quality of staff. I was unable to make a complaint about the agent to higher management, and was let down on multiple occasions. They also kept some of my deposit for 'damages' that were not caused by me. Avoid like the plague.

GoogleStaff polite and professional,dealt with the sale for my elderly mother. Special mention to the lasses Sara, Jasmine and Danielle there who went above and beyond their normal duties to show a caring side and be there for viewings etc. Would highly recommend.

Hello Karen and thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It is always disappointing for someone to leave a poor review without raising any issue directly with Trading Places first. At no stage in the process have you ever complained to any member of staff and in fact it was your onward purchase that created a lot of the delay and frustration. We had no control over this as the purchase was unrelated to Trading Places.
