Hi Gring, I note you recently left one of our properties but throughout your time there there were no reported issues or any dealings where we had to get involved. On that basis I am confused by your review. If there was something you were unhappy with we do have a complaints procedure which you are more than welcome to use if you have a an issue you would like to report to Trading Places. I am totally unaware of any problems and on that basis cannot understand why you have provided a poor review.

GoogleThinking of buying a house and called the agency to find out about 2 properties. Lady on the phone couldn't find them at first then took my number and told me she will call back.... it's been 3 days since - still no call. Trading Places clearly don't care about sale and potential deal... Somewhat disappointed.

GoogleAs a person who bought from Trading Places, I can say they were unsupportive, impolite and unprofessional.
Hi Rehan, as a company we strive to provide a high level of service. As you can see by other reviews we have a good status. I note you have only sent this google review and also note that from our investigation you are not registered anywhere on our system. we have now searched back the last two years and can't find anyone by your name. There are more than one Trading Places and occasionally people review us when they actually are reviewing other Trading Places who are totally unrelated to my business. It is a shame you have resorted to Google without exploring our complaints procedure first to see if we could resolve any issues you had. If you have used another Trading Places I would invite you to remove this review and review the correct company.

They were great at continuously communicating with us and we never had to chase (a common problem with estate agents usually!). All staff were friendly and professional and happy to help. GoogleJust completed on my sale and puchase. Property sold within a week after having an open day on TP’s recommendation. Difficult chain and the staff did everything to keep it all together and keep me calm! Had a previous sale collapse via another local agent and vast difference in the quality of service. Very impressed.
