Peter I have checked our records and there is no record of you doing business with us. You seem to be a serial reviewer but your review is not helpful to the public or my company. Avoid!!!! why when we have never dealt with you. Do you have a complaint to make? if so why have you not gone through an appropriate channel before typing the word Avoid. Please feel free to contact me if you have an issue with my company and if there is not a problem then remove your review which has already been reported to Google as fake.

This is a ridiculous review. We have no one with your name on our system and you have for whatever reason just tried to ruin a companies reputation. I will now apply to google to have your review removed.

Morning, we would love you to provide some written information as to why you would provide us a one star review, I am afraid we are unable to rectify or review staff and company if you do not provide any feedback? We will await your reply as we currently don't have any idea of the reasoning behind this?

Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
