GoogleHaving spoken to other estate agents locally I chose Trading Places Stretford to sell my late mother's house. I had been impressed immediately by their sensitivity to my situation whilst not sacrificing an ounce of professionalism or focus on the task in hand. They quickly generated a lot of interest in the house through skilfull marketing and kept me fully up to date with viewings and feedback. The house sold quickly and I have no hesitation in recommending Trading Places, they have a great team.

GoogleWithout a doubt the best of the best. My partner purchased a house from them, the day she collected her keys I had a quick look at the other houses they were selling. I had a chat with the helpful staff and explained exactly what I myself was after and the fact I was struggling to find my ‘dream home’ A viewing was arranged for a house that they strongly recommended I view, as it potentially filled all my requirements. Well the rest, as they say is history , as I write I’m sat in front of my open fire , glass of red and supper in the oven. Thank you to everyone at Trading places . As I said the best of the best !!!

FacebookI have recently bought my house and the owner used Trading places, they were very professional and always had time for me. Moving house is so very stressful and Beth and Liz in particular made it as smooth as they possibly could. Due to them I decided to continue working side by side with them and came in to contact with Sean who is also very professional. FacebookWe have just picked up the keys for our new home from Trading places today, Barton Road, Stretford, Manchester. We have been very impressed by the professional attitude and helpful staff at trading places! Especially by Jasmin who we mainly liaised with. She showed us sound the house when we first viewed and dealt with all our questions and queries, making things very simple and straightforward for us. She always rang us back or replied to our emails quickly and diligently. Thank you to all the staff at trading places but in particular to Jasmin who was very helpful and polite throughout the process!

FacebookI have just bought my house through Trading Places, Chorlton. I have to say the girls in the office were extremely efficient and helpful and were always at hand for my numerous questions. I would like to put a special thanks out there to Rob Hull. He is a lovely guy, kept me constantly updated with any developments throughout the sale as well as being a genuinely lovely person. All parts of the sale were dealt with with the utmost professionalism. I would highly recommend Trading Places Chorlton!! Thank-you guys!

I think you have reviewed the wrong Trading Places Or you are just a competitor trying to ruin my google Profile. All our vendors are given a questionnaire asking about the tenure of their properties. And we don’t advertise this as only solicitors can verify 100% the tenure status as even the land registry sometimes get it wrong. 95% of our area is leasehold but on long leaseholds Of 999 years which would not affect your ability to buy. Go and place your fake reviews elsewhere.

FacebookWe bought our house through Trading Places a couple of years ago, really good experience. We're reselling and using Trading Places, nice staff and good rates. They also offer a solicitor service for conveyancing which will make the process much easier.
