FacebookTrading Places have sold my house, above the asking price within 7 days. There were a few complications with solicitors and chains etc but staff at Trading Places have helped me every step of the way. Margaret must have the patience of a Saint answering all my questions, professionally and with a sense of humour. Thank you TP

GoogleI would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. The only tactic offered to a seller seemed to be ‘drop the price’. This was from the price that they had recommended in the first place. The staff that I was ever able to speak to didn’t seem interested. When I spoke to the owner about my concerns, he became verbally abusive. I then had repeated abusive voicemails left for me by him to the extent that I had to block the number.

Which Trading Places did you use and who was the owner please so we can investigate this fully for you.

GoogleDanielle and Rachel have been absolutely fantastic throughout the purchase of our first home. They’ve helped us as first time buyers to navigate the ups and downs of buying a home, along with the added complexity of a global pandemic. Throughout the whole time the Trading Places team have been friendly and kept us in the loop of what’s been going on. They were in constant contact, after agreeing a sale on the first day of viewings to the last day of giving and recieving keys to the new property who was also sold by Trading Places! They even dropped by to give a 'welcome to your new home' card which was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleWe recently bought our house through Trading Places and have found them to be brilliant. Everyone in the area seems to recommend them so we felt were lucky to be able buy our first house from vendors using them. Communication and information were great from the start, especially during such a strange time where the process is all a bit slower (through no fault of Trading Places). We'd highly recommend them as an estate agent.

GoogleHad my property listed very quickly and even managed to obtain an offer before actively available on Rightmove etc. Original buyer dropped out and the team were quick to get it back on the market and viewers in. Only one suggestion would be that some who viewed second time around clearly weren't interested so perhaps could have been better vetted beforehand.

FacebookDing dong! I sold and purchased with Trading Places one week before Christmas. It has to be said that the whole team were fantastic, from start to finish and have completely changed my view of estate agents. First impressions matter, so Steven’s expertise and local valuation knowledge was spot-on and reassuring. The wonderful Rob and Liz handled the rest of the process with a friendly, professional manner that achieved the desired results and had a valuable calming effect over a stressful period. They handled the crucial moments with ease but they also handled the basics right, such as always being available and responding quickly on the phone and email - simple stuff I know but doesn’t half make life easier. Oh and another thing, they called us up to wish us a Merry Christmas in our new house. Sums up what genuine, lovely people Trading Places are.

They made sure she was updated throughout the process. The biggest thing was that she wasn’t pressured to go ahead at the time of valuation.
