This is my second time buying through Trading Places, and I couldn't rate them higher. The level of communication, care & detail from Sara is second to non. I think anyone would be hard pressed to use an Estate Agency who know the area better!

I have used Trading Places four times and always had a great service. the communication was key to me using this office, Rachel and Sarah were always responsive to my enquires, and always seemed interested on a personal level with my house sales. I found Steve to be straight forward and honest about the value and the market in general. Would recommend this company.

First time buyers and soon to be a family who were struggling in the current market with completing on buying a house! Viewed many house through trading places always very professional and friendly. Special thanks to Sara and Callum both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I’d say if it wasn’t for sara we wouldn’t have our first family home now!

Steve and the team proved more than capable throughout our moving process at what is a very stressful time, always had some one to talk to find out how the transaction was coming along, they are people that treat people like people, which is more than can be said for some of the Manchester Agents! My dad subsequently moved his rented property over to Trading Places and has been thanking me ever since.

Thank you to Rob and the team for their excellent, professional support in the purchase of my beautiful home in Whalley Range. The comparison to other estate agents put Trading Places in Chorlton in a league above. Constant support, updates and mitigation on some of the tricky delays associated with the chain made the value add service totally appreciated. I recommend them highly for the sale or purchase of homes in the South Manchester area.

A thoroughly professional service from a very knowledgeable and friendly team. Did everything they promised and charges were very reasonable too. Callum was a pleasure to deal with and helped enormously with what could have been a much more stressful process. Would recommend Trading Places to anyone looking for a professional yet personal estate agent.

Thank you to Danielle and Steve for your help in buying my house. I was really impressed with the communication and all the support when I was massively let down by my original solicitors. Steve recommended alternatives, who turned it around for me in record time! Danielle was lovely, friendly and professional. Thanks - would definitely recommend.

Living in London, I was faced with the difficult task of trying to sell my close friends house after he passed away. Along with a couple of other local Agents, I decided to give Trading Places the opportunity to bid for the job. I was hugely impressed with Steven Cox who did the site visit and decided to award them the contract. Following this, Trading Places were quick to organise the basics (paperwork etc) and were able to visit, do surveys and set up advertising media within a very short space of time, ensuring that the property went on the market as quickly as possible. I was given good contact details of the staff I would be dealing with and always received prompt replies to the various emails and phone calls that I made. We agreed on a selling price and sales strategy and I received regular weekly viewing updates without the need to chase. Unfortunately the first buyer had to pull out, so we had to remarket the property. I received sound advice as to what strategy to adopt regarding the subsequent pricing of the property. In a relatively short space of time Trading Places secured another interested buyer and a sale price was agreed. With no chain, I was hopeful that a quick sale could be achieved, however the buyers Solicitors dragged their heels somewhat. I am therefore indebted to Trading Places who keep up a constant dialogue with the buyers to make sure that they kept chasing their Solicitors. Yesterday we managed to complete the sale. As I said, I basically left all the hard work to Trading Places, as I was not local and they came up trumps. All the staff that I dealt with provided excellent service, however I must mention in dispatches their Senior Sales Progressor, Matt Butler who was effectively my primary point of contact most of the time and did more than anyone to make sure that this sale went through. It's unlikely that I will need to sell a property in this area again, however if I had to I would revert back to Trading Places immediately - well done everyone and thankyou so much for your help xx

Just wanted to thank Steve Cox from Trading Places who stepped in with sound advice on our house sale. Very impressed with his knowledge of the local market. We didn't use Trading Places as our agent only because we didn't know about them at the time. But Steve took time out to give us very important market advice even so. Thanks very much Stevery. Much appreciated.

Me and my partner bought our property which Trading Places. Even though we weren't their client, they were constantly on hand to help us through the difficult process with Solicitors and always felt like they were in our corner. We were so impressed by the level of service provided even when we weren't one of their clients. I would highly recommend using Trading Places when buying/selling properties and will definitely be using them in the future. Not a bad word to say.
