GoogleWe have just bought a house through Trading Places and Sara and the team were lovely. Giving us advice when we kept losing out on houses! Communication was brilliant and when they show you around a house they actually interact with you, some estate agents are rude and complacent. Would have no problem whatsoever recommending them to a friend.

FacebookI cannot recommend Trading Places highly enough. I recommend them to all my friends in the area. Our experience was brilliant from start to finish. We requested a valuation and Steve himself came round almost as soon as I'd sent the email. He gave us a valuation and was extremely lovely and personal. It made the thought of selling our beloved family home much less of a wrench and he helped us get excited for the future. Danielle came to take photos soon after and did an amazing job, the house looked fantastic. I've kept the pictures as a keepsake of our special first family home. The team arranged an open house and we got so much interest and offers that it was sold in a weekend! They took the stress and worry out of it for us and it was nothing but exciting! Buying was almost just as easy. We looked for a while, had viewings at a few with the super lovely, friendly, smiley Sara. She was great and understood exactly what we wanted, made us feel completely comfortable, made a fuss of our little boy and helped us so much. She was there to offer advice when we needed it and eventually helped us find the home we loved. The team again offered us advice on what to offer and we were so lucky to get the house we loved, again with no stress or complications. The Trading Places team are just amazing, they are so experienced and great at what they do. I wouldn't use anyone else! Thank you Steve and Co for making one of the most stressful things you can do be pretty stress-free! You're all wonderful!!

GoogleExtremely good service- The staff are always welcoming and friendly, Danielle was dealing with the sale of my property and she always kept me up to date with any progress & she was very respectful towards my home when accompanying viewings. Wouldn't think twice about using anyone other than Trading Places to sell my property in the future.

GoogleProperty went on market quickly and had many viewings the first weekend and so sold quickly. I found all the staff friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with the service I had. When I originaly bought my property I was impressed and they brought the same high high standards to the sale.

Google6 coniston road , anyone needs to move here l m just advising you to not !! You will live the most horrible nightmare in your life , in reality the landlord of this house is trying to collect some deposit of the tenants , and this agency are going into its game, by making you believe that the tenancy agreement can be renewed but in reality they send you a notice 21 to leave the property for sale which is not true ! And after they try to keep your deposit to renew some old hided damage which lucky we took a pictures of it before we moved in ! So kindly any tenant l m advising you to totally avoid this agency specially the famous manager Danielle, because of her my life has been totally ruined and made me in extreme deep depression with her behaviour and treat! And if you Danielle are seen my feedback here please reply to me by what you always reply to me with, and you showed me that you are doing your Job ! I dont know that degrading your tenants who are paying you on time and looking very well after the home of your clients, they deserve this kind of behaviour from you ! Any one wanted to sell his home or rented you can go ahead because l think they are awarded of manipulating and lying to the customer to make the deal success !
I find your google review concerning, you have taken it upon yourself to abuse my staff, the landlord and his family in writing today in a threatening manner which is unacceptable at any level. You have been reported to Google, removed from social media and if the abuse continues via email you will be reported to the police as this is UNACCEPTABLE. My member of staff has acted in accordance with landlords instructions and within the law. Your deposit dispute has been forwarded to adjudication as per tenancy laws. As a company we do not get involved in the disputes they are handled independently. This has been explained to you and your behaviour throughout our dealings with you has been below par, threatening and aggressive. No doubt you will continue with this behaviour as it has been the same from the day we were instructed to take over the management of this property as the relationship with you and your landlord had broken down to the point he came to an agent to try and restore some professionalism. Please now stop abusing my staff and trying to discredit my company.

GoogleTrading places are a disgrace they will not sort our damp/black mold issue out at the flat we rent of them 5mins walk down the road from them we have had damp for over 2 years now,yes there was an agency befor incharge called property genius who also did not fix the problem they then changed to trading placese who are just as bad nothing has been done to sort it we have a 1 year old baby sleeping in a room with damp and black mold they are putting my babys health at risk by failing at there job and trying to be cheep arses this includes the landlord that trading places are working on behalf of
Daniel, have you got rid of the fish tank that has no lid and is the main contributing factor to your damp issue? You have been advised to do this by the health and safety people at Trafford Borough Council on 3 occasions but have refused to remove it from your property. You have also been advised to open your windows and ventilate your property and use your heating to sort the problems. We have moved a radiator for you to allow for better heat retention and are working with a retrofit company to improve the whole buildings energy rating. As you are aware we took over this from another agent and have worked closely with Trafford and the landlord to help resolve issues there. We are doing are best with a building that is over 100 hundred years old and can only work as fast as contractors can accommodate the work in their schedules. This review is neither accurate or fair so please remove it.

GoogleFrom viewings to completion they were absolutely brilliant. They had a great selection of properties for us to view and we absolutely love our house now that we are all done and moved in. Special thanks goes especially to Rachel who was so patient, responsive and reassuring while we were having a nightmare with our solicitors. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know who is looking at buying or selling in the area. As a first time buyer we couldn't have asked for more, very happy.

GoogleThe worst estate agent ever, big cheaters, their houses just for parties, when you contacted them about these parties they don’t care, they care just about money nothing else, at the beginning they taking 115 just to keep the flat for you, then they ask you to pay £600 deposit, they eating £100 you don’t know where it disappeared, then they give £500 for organisation to protect your deposit, but they will never ask to back it because you must give their nighty club one month notice and even if your contract finished, disgusting people.
this review has been reported and removed in the past for it being untrue. yet you keep putting it back on id different names.

GoogleFirst time buyer and my experience with Trading Places was great from first viewing through to completion. I viewed several properties with Sara and she was always nice, knowledgeable and gave good advice. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Calls and emails were responded to promptly. My solicitor was very slow, but Trading Places were good at updating me when they knew certain information had been sent, which helped me when chasing my solicitor. I am very happy in my new home, but if I were to move again I would use Trading Places.

GoogleWe knew immediately that Trading Places were the agent for us. Their knowledge of the local market is second to none. Add to this the fact that they matched a house to us that we would never have considered but knew immediately on our first viewing that it was to be our forever home. Chloe, our agent was fabulous. She'd got great rapport with us and the seller. She communicated with us throughout and reassured us at every stage.
