Unfortunately I'm not able to give a zero star review or I would.. Where to start?! When handing over the keys the agent was more interested in going to watch a football game than show me where on switches are (was told everything was on but was not). On the first inspection I should have realised that being asked "any mould?!" Was a red flag. As soon as the winter started the house was dripping with moisture at all entrances and a dripping wet electric box (cannot be safe). I would do what I could to air the house out but would find that I lost the heat built up through the day by the barely working storage heaters... It took several months to get a broken one replaced in the main living space. To add icing on the cake when my bathroom ceiling caved in because of the person above me having an overflowing bath I was blamed for "not being in the house" although I was there all weekend and reported immediately. The audacity of them to attempt to withhold my deposit was insulting and I encourage anyone living in the Arden street flats to make sure their houses live up to a legal standard. The price of the house was eye watering for what it was and the service just insulting. 0/10 would not recommend

We really appreciate the fact that they respond to e-mails and phone calls so quickly and that you also know that you will be talking to one of them on the phone, unlike some agencies where you can be dealing with six or seven different agents. The process of renting out our property has been incredibly smooth in their hands. Highly recommended!
