Despite not securing a rental property with Cribs Residential, the experience I have had has been great and would highly recommend. Liz was extremely personable and welcoming when viewing the property. She was very swift in answering emails and being very accommodating regarding arranging a viewing. She also had great local knowledge of the area surrounding the property and very much made me feel at ease during the process.

What a fantastic experience! From the first initial viewing to getting the keys for my new home, Liz and Andy have been great. The welcome gift was lovely touch. I could not recommend Cribs Lettings more. Me and my partner were moving down to Stratford-Upon-Avon from Manchester which in itself is a feat, and without Andy I doubt we would have found a place. There are many lettings companies in Stratford and we spoke to all of them. None of them were as personable nor as attentive as Andy. There was nothing he wouldn’t help us with and in the end we have a property now that is absolutely perfect for us and in the centre no less! If you need a property to rent and are struggling to find one I promise Cribs Lettings is the business to go with. I could not recommend them enough. Thank you again Andy and the team at Cribs!

Andy and Liz at Cribs are absolutely WONDERFUL. I was able to be connected with the greatest little home in Stratford with a fabulous landlord who is also so very kind. They made everything so easy, so professional, and so transparent. Particularly as I am from the US and have never rented a flat in the UK before, they helped with all my questions and concerns, so that I can spend all my time enjoying my new home with peace of mind. I have recently been looking to move for my job and as everyone knows, it can be a real headache. After many agencies, cancelled viewings (without notification) and dead emails, I stumbled across cribs. I first spoke to Andy about my complicated situation, and he was wonderful and advised me appropriately. Then after I had completed those steps, I spoke to Liz. What a wonderful lady! She was so understanding and she had communicated the process the entire way through. Whilst the landlord decided to go with another couple and my search continues, I’ll still definitely keep this company in mind going forward and recommend anyone else to do the same!

I had the pleasure of meeting Liz, Director of Cribs Residential Lettings when we arranged for me to view a property on behalf of my daughter. Liz was both warm and welcoming and knew the property well. She was able to give me an insight into the surrounding area too, which I found most helpful. I viewed the property on Wednesday 13th March and by Thursday afternoon the paperwork had been completed and my daughter was offered the tenancy! That’s what I’d call efficiency! Andy & Liz are the best letting agents I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with during my time renting in Stratford Upon Avon (Warwickshire), they are professional and friendly in their approach and are happy to help at every step. As first time renters, Liz accompanied us to many options in our price range and was very understanding of our situation. Andy and Liz have really made our first time renting absolutely wonderful. Nothing was too much to ask, and my hundreds of questions never seemed like a bother to them! As first time renters, we didn't have the slightest idea of what the experience would be like, but Andy and Liz made this so seamless for us, guiding us through every step of the process. We have been in our new house for just over a week now, and they continue to support with any questions we have, such a friendly outstanding level of service, really couldn't have asked for anything more.
