GoogleLiz and Andy where amazing from the start, really helped uswith our rental journey. Lovely little welcome gift, nice touch. We had one little issue not long after moving in which was quickly resolved. Would definately recommend them.

GoogleAt very short notice we found ourselves in need of rental accomodation to bridge a period where we had sold our family home and were waiting for our new home to be finisjed and available. Having been met with indifferent service in respect of some advertised properties which were available we were fortunate to find Cribs. Cribs listened to our requirements, understood our concerns and patiently showed us properties which might be suitable for our needs. We found an ideal property with them and were very happy with both the property and their service for the twelve months of our letting. If you need personal attention with excellent service this is the company to contact for your rental needs.

GoogleWe moved to our new house with Cribs by the January of 2025 and have been living there eversince.Cribs has been extremely professional with the paperwork,communications and the requests we had. When we came across some minor issues ,the estate agency made sure that it is all sorted immediately without fail. Having lived in the area at the houses provided by some other big names at Stratford,i would call cribs the best among all. I wish them all the best

GoogleAfter a really bad experience with another letting agent, Cribs were a breath of fresh air. From initial dealings where Andy gave us names of people who would be able to help us to meeting Liz who is someone who you can trust to tell you as it is. There's no hidden costs, everything is clearly documented and the process has been seamless. Our property went live and within 2 hours, we had a new tenant. We wanted a local small firm who would work with us and i have to say Cribs have delivered in every way. I couldn't recommend them enough.

GoogleCribs were recommended to us as excellent “no fuss” agents by friends who let several properties in Stratford. Andy and Liz have certainly lived up to that recommendation as far as we’re concerned. As first time landlords we were daunted by the prospect of all the processes we would have to go through to let our property but Cribs led us through all of those and found us ideal tenants within days of signing up. We would certainly recommend them

GoogleI have been a landlord with Cribs for several years now and find them very prompt, professional and more than happy to help with any queries I have, or provide advice when required. They have access to a valuable resource of reliable tradespeople, which as a landlord I find extremely useful, especially when I completely refurbished on of my properties a few years ago in a tight timescale and they found me a suitable tenant once complete. GoogleI can't begin to tell you how fantastic the service was with both Andy & Liz. Right from the start and the initial viewing, they talked through the process. Giving my personal awkward circumstances they were very understanding and willing to go the extra mile for me, or that's what it seemed, although reading other reviews that's just what they do anyway. Gave clear instructions and followed up with emails and phone calls in some cases quicker than i could call them. Absolutely brilliant. If you ever need a property these are the only place to go and i would highly recommend to anyone who is in need of help. Wonderful and thankyou again from the bottom of my heart.
