We needed to rent for 12 months whilst purchasing a house. Andy and Liz were so helpful finding us a lovely property in Wellesbourne. Having not moved for 25 years it was all new to us and they really helped us with the whole process. They were also very attentive agents who were quick to action any repairs. I would absolutely recommend Cribs if you are looking for a long or short term rental.

We arrived in Stratford-upon-Avon with limited time to view properties. Cribs were the only agents that were able to show us properties on the same day. We found a lovely home and quickly concluded an agreement. We received a really comprehensive inventory and moved in on Saturday April 1. As is usual there were a few snags that needed attention and the service we received from Liz and Andy was incredible. They arranged a host of tradesmen to attend to the issues, all of which have been resolved to (or beyond) our expectations in an incredibly short time frame. True professionalism is rare nowadays but Cribs were simply outstanding. Thanks again Liz and Andy

Excellent service. Andy and Liz were engaged right at the start of our journey to rent our property out. Prior to us finalising refurbishment plans, they viewed the property and advised of the best solutions to enhance the property for the rental market. They also recommended trades people to help with the work, all of whom were excellent, reliable and produced work to a high quality. Once the refurbishment was completed, they worked tirelessly in marketing the property, a quite niche village cottage property. Qualifying enquiries, arranging viewings and then swiftly and promptly completing the checks and getting the tenancy agreement in place. All through this process, they kept us well informed of the progress, and they are now our managing agents for the property. Would I use them again? Absolutely. They will be managing our next rental properties as and when they are acquired.

A couple of months ago we made contact with Andy regarding a place to rent, from first contact the process was very professional and friendly. We have had no trouble receiving answers to questions we had and if he didn't know he found out for us.
