I can't overstate what a relief it has been to find Cribs when I was looking to re-let my Stratford property. Having always historically used a letting agent to find a tenant in the past, I instantly found their fees for the service much more sensible. I found that with Andy and Liz it was by far a much easier, efficient and overall stress free process from initial phone call to completion. The promotion of my property was top drawer from the get go and Cribs found me an excellent tenant in a matter of days whereas in the past this has taken weeks. You just get the feeling that Andy and Liz with their years of experience clearly have their fingers on the pulse of the local letting market and are very on the ball. It was very re-assuring that they kept me frequently updated and gave a really personal service rather than just being another customer. What I mustn't forget to say is that they are both genuinely nice people to interact with and they will be my first port of call in the future when it comes to finding a tenant.

From the very first contact with Cribs, right the way through to moving into the property, and after moving in, the communication has been excellent, and incredibly professional.
