Ian Perks Estate Agent have been dealing with my tenancy for over 6 years. Their standards and ethic are exemplary. They are a small family business and you always know who you speak to and they know you too. The whole team from sale department, to viewing to rental department is friendly and really willing to help/advise sometimes even beyond the “normal classic Estate Agency service”. Highly recommend going with them as tenant and as landlord.

I was working away for a week and needed a tap repairing which was leaking onto the bathroom floor and also the bathroom window handle needed replacing. Terry, one of the awesome team in the office, has been amazing and relentless in her bid to get my request resolved - simply the doors in my flat didn't all close properly - Terry then informed me of Simon Trigg, local Carpenter, who was prompt in contacting me, visiting my home to assess and the very next day has now attended and completed the request with professional, high standard and warmth of service.
