GoogleI have used Ian Perks estate agents for over 10 years both on the lettings and sales sides of the business. I have always been very impressed with the level of service i have received. My most recent experience was the sale of my apartment and Clare & James were both excellent keeping me informed throughout the process. Would definitely recommend to others.

GoogleI have rented my property through Ian Perks for a very long time, around 14 years. They have always sourced lovely tenants on my behalf and they offer an extremely efficient and friendly service. I am always kept in touch when a repair is needed and they act very quickly with a list of reliable, quality tradesmen to carry out the work. Every member of staff I have dealt with over the years has been very professional. I would highly recommend Ian Perks for lettings.

GoogleThey couldn't care less. We had nearly 20 years of ignored issues with mold, blown windows, broken pipes and much more. Every time we reported an issue we would be told they would get it sorted and it never happened. Now, after being evicted under the lie of "the landlords want their house back" we have discovered they never wanted their house back and it is now up for sale elsewhere. So go for Ian Perks if you want to be ignored and lied to for your entire tenancy!!!❤️ edit: due to photographic proof of the treatment from them, ian perks have reported us for harassment, thus attempting to sweep their mistreatment of tenants under the rug, and proving the point that they do not care

GoogleIf this could be a 0 star it would. Wouldn’t recommend Ian Perks to anybody. Reported mould and damp issues in my home several times over the 7 years I lived there, repairs were never carried out correctly and were told to just keep painting over the problem. Both my young children were constantly poorly (which I have logged on their health records) whilst living there and I had very sentimental items ruined due to the damp which they had no sympathy for nor an apology. Very heartless people. Oh and blamed my newborn baby for being an extra body in the home breathing causing more vapour in the air which apparently made the bedroom so mouldy. They ended up telling us after reporting it yet again that we had to leave saying our landlord was selling only for this to be a LIE as the house has now been redecorated and put back up to let. Shame on you Ian Perks (Claire Hine) kicking a family out of their home for reporting issues where a home isn’t safe to live in and lying about the landlord selling up. Disgusting. Stay clear

GoogleStay as far away as possible from this company, Completely unprofessional, liars. After nearly 12 months contracting for them without issue, we have one problem caused by a 3rd party, we rectified it within 4hrs on a Sunday morning. The director has refused to pay the invoice and currently owes £750. As a small business they have absolutely ruined Christmas for our family. Avoid at all costs.
We strongly advise that you remove this post immediately, as it has been reported to Google and we are taking legal advice regarding the false accusations.

GoogleExcellent service in both sales and lettings. Approachable, knowledgable and friendly staff who really go the extra mile for their clients and tenants. I’ve let my home through Ian Perks since 2020, and when our house went up for sale, they helped ensure its sale to another landlord with us in situ. They were reassuring and helpful and helped guide us through the process, keeping me updated every step of the way. During the process of the sale, Ian Perks helped ensure that it caused as little inconvenience and disturbance to us as possible. Would 100% recommend to those looking to rent or buy/sell.

GoogleHighly recommended, James and the whole team were great from start to finish. We had never rented a property before and we needed help quickly as our house had sold. Ian Perks found us a great property in a very fast time (dog friendly as well).
